Great little sonar for my yak.
Perfect for reading depth and temp from small boat.
Decent depth finder for the money, I'm able to find brush piles with this unit.
Accurate depth readings while trolling around and with motor running.
This is not designed for 100's of feet of water. Other more powerful units are made for that.

Great to have GPS on this as well as dual beams. Compact and easy to read.
The dual beam transducer provides a more accurate depth reading as well as fish location.
CHIRP is also a game changer. The two things ill never go without again is CHIRP and color!
The Striker 4 is a must have for any boat. The GPS is great and the chirp sonar is amazing.

Crystal clear viewing even in the sun.
Picture is decent and clear, i fish a lot of smaller lakes and using for for find variation in structure.

In my time using this I found that the screen was a perfect size for the applications I was using it.
The latest CHIRP technology, paired with a GPS chartplotter for marking waypoints is a winning combination.
We are very happy with this model. The clarity of the screen is excellent!
I set waypoints to spots and get to them later. perfect for saving and remembering spots.

GPS comes in handy for marking hot spots and marking the dock you used to get in the water so you don't get lost trying to get back.
Gives me everything I need: GPS, water temperature, depth, and 2 different frequencies for finding the fish.
It has a lot of features for such a small price including heading, bearing to waypoint, water temp, gps speed, and depth.
The fact that a roughly $100 fish finder has temperature, speed, depth AND GPS is incredible.
It is accurate, it reads the water depth while moving, it gives you so many options to view your water depth and your waypoint location.
