- Very strongest suction ever. use less time on vacuum now. but the issues are the cord and remove the dirt due to bagless filter.
- Many plusses to this product. I enjoy the fact that you can empty the dirt ben so easily. It is very easy to us and has really good pickup. The attachment are on board and easy to access. The filters are also easy to clean.
- This vacuum has more suction than any vacuum I have ever used and it is very easy to maneuver on my hardwood floors. The attachments are cleverly designed and very easy to use and stow away.
- So glad I bought this. I've been tired of buying the cheap vacuums that don't pick anything up. Spend a little more for a Dyson. It's worth it in the long run. The suction is awesome. Get this vacuum!
- This vacuum does an amazing job on any floor surface and picks up hair and dirt. Easy to clean out as well!
- I absolutely fricken love this vacuum! When it arrived I vacuummed - and eventhough the carpets was vacuumed the day before with a Bosch canister - the amount of dust and fur (I have three cats) the Dyson sucked up....I was TOTALLY grossed out.
- Can you be in love with a vacuum cleaner? I am. I bought the DC65 Animal Complete to replace my old pink Dyson DC07. It worked great for the 7 years I had it, but since we are buying a new house with carpeting, I decided it was time to upgrade!
- They are great for dusting high surfaces and on upholstery, but nothing is really ideal for stairs. Given how well it's treated our rugs though, these are really minor complaints.
- I was shocked thinking my carpet was clean which it probably was from the surface but this Dyson cleans it from under the hairs of the carpet! After we vacuum the carpet became flush, it feels wonderful.
- Does a super job. Tools are a little awkward to use, and on some surfaces it can be tough to push, but those are minor flaws.
- It is easy to maneuver, light weight and still has a powerful suction.
- Very light, but very powerful vacuum. I am impressed with the power and suction.
- This sweeper is lighter weight than my old sweeper, maneuvers easily on my rugs as well as linoleum kitchen floor.
- Light weight vacuum. Very easy to handle. Great product overall.
- Very easy to put together. Light weight. Easy to use and does the job!
- But seriously, if you want a light weight, but amazingly capable vacuum, this is it.
- The weight is not an issue as the ball makes for ease of maneuvering AND this model has a power beater which assists in the pulling of the vacuum. At least the NEW beater gains traction. I don't know if a well worn beater would do as well.
- Carrying it by the handle just doesn't feel as if its as solid to hold the weight of the vacuum over time. We will see.
- The extremely light weight makes vacuuming a faster and easier chore, especially if you have multiple levels in your home as we do.
- The new one uses plastic so flimsy over most of the unit...my guess in an attempt to save weight.
- Purchase to replace an older vacuum. No height adjustment with Dyson is a nice feature. This model utilizes two washable air filters. Currently seems to work well.
- I love the technology this vaccume cleaner has. However sometimes I wonder how I clean up stairs because it's heavy to do so.
- This vacuum is the best, and the technology for make are wok easy, thanks I love this.
- Turning in tight spots is a bit challenging even with the ball technology.
- I'm not too crazy about the ball vs previous technology, I don't think it's as easy to maneuver ,but I stand by and recommend it the less
- Next, I worked on two carpeted rooms and used the dusting attachment to clean up a dresser, changing table, and crib. Again, I could not believe how much was in the bin.
- The attachments are located on the vacuum for easy access, the electrical cord is longer and easier to wind up on the vacuum and the bags must hold about 4 times the volume of hair and dust compared to the Dyson. Also the Miele has lights which you will miss if you get the Dyson.
- Oh and all the attachments on the Dyson complete version are super useful! If only they came with a nice box to store them or some kind of rack. Just a thought.
- The extension hose is WONDERFUL, though. It reaches far enough to get those nooks and crannies. I love that 2 of the attachments are right on the machine, so it is super quick and easy to switch back and forth between vacuuming duties.
- The hose thing is a bit difficult, but I needed something to pick up pet hair. I ran my (brand - X vacuum) over my area rug and then ran the Dyson for its first run.
- The long cord allows me to reach almost the entire house
- I can do pretty much my entire downstairs out of one outlet which is awesome but the cord is cumbersome. Still amazing product though!
- Great vacuum but the only thing I don't like is the cord. The cord always seems to get in the way. Otherwise it's a great product
- Wish that it had a retractable cord though.
- Easy to assemble, very good suction, extension cord could be longer.
- The long cord is handy, but it tangled a lot -- maybe it will relax after it gets more use -- and perhaps the hose will too, which is very tight, causing the vacuum to tip over when you use it with an accessory.
- The power cord is wonderfully long, allowing me to finish 1-2 rooms in our large house without switching outlets. I love that (as, again, I am a lazy bum).
- Length of cord is great. However, it's a pretty thick cord and doesn't flatten out well.
- The other issue I have is the cord wants to get tangled into the vacuum, so I find myself holding it up a lot of time in certain situations.
- The cord hangs in the most annoying possible manner--you literally must devote one hand to holding the cord the entire time you use the vacuum.
