- It works really well picking up kitty hair (we have four we rescued) on hard tile floors and dust bunnies. I love it for that.
- Relatively lightweight - one handed operation is easy, even for our 8 year old.
- Washable filter that actually is pretty good filter.
- Light and fast - easy to grab and zip up dust bunnies and dry spills
- It is very easy to change the filter.
- Less suction power than many other units in this category.
- Excellent product design both in terms of function and aesthetics.
- Gets a lot of use for me because its so handy and capable. Not a waste of money at all.
- Super quality product and totally happy with it. Rarely get a 5 star item like this.
- Plenty of suction power to suck up sand, dirt, and even gravel.
- The issues actually arise in use. The width of the "snout" and it's crevasse tool are a bit too wide and not quite long enough to be able to be used well in more cramped spaces (between car seats and the like).
- The nozzle can be pulled out to make it longer, but its too weak and slides back in as soon as the vacuum touches something
- Weight - very lightweight; noticeably lighter than my last model
- Ergonomic design feels proper in the hand
- Light enough for the kids to clean up their own messes. They love using it!
- Lightweight and compact сlean stuff as expected.
- The unit folds up nicely and looks pretty smart on the counter with it's charging stand. Very convenient and spatially compact.
- I was pleasantly surprised by the light weight of the unit and the amount of suction available.
- Also the plastic door feels really cheap and has the cheapest, most light-weight lever to open/secure.
- It's also heavier that the old one. (I had not dumped the old one yet when I got this one and made an actual comparison of weights.)
- Not weighted/balanced well. in the configuration pictured, vacuum would hang with the tip almost straight down if hung from the handle.
- Ease of emptying/cleaning. Easy to take apart and tap out, filter easy to tap/shake off.
- Extendable nozzle does a decent job of getting into nooks, crannies, and corners.
- Extending snout works well to get in-between seats in truck.
- Form and function I like; the nossel extension is useful and the vacuum fits well in my hand.
- It's LOUD! Definitely louder than many other units in this category. Our full size "german manufacturer" unit is not any louder.
- 90 degree turn at the back of the nozzle causes clogs on items that otherwise fit into the nozzle.
- Smallish capacity - prepare to empty after big jobs
- Has a brush connection built in that you can flip out when needed. Very handy.
- The brush pivots up when needed and is never lost. A nice feature is that it comes apart for easy cleaning. Overall a super unit, it wins over the Dyson and Hoover and Shark, by far.
- I decided to buy this product because of its ability to fold and being wireless is also a feature which I enjoyed not only on this model but my other black and decker as well.
- I highly recommend this vac. Love the swivel feature too, which makes it convenient to reach just about anywhere (along with the built in brush and crevice tool attachments).
- Also, the pivoting feature doesn't seem all that useful, but maybe it will at some point.
- Charging stand. The charger is a corded disc, and to charge you simply rest the vac on the plate. It is contoured so you can tell when the vac is seated correctly, and also the blue light comes on.
- It recharges pretty quickly. The base is better to set it in and gets a better connection. It also has a better way of letting you know better when it is fully charged.
- Battery charge has been more than sufficient for our use, we've not had it run out of charge during use, or even hint at being near dying.
- Charging stand requires the base to be set on top of a shelf or table top. NO wall mount option.
- Charging light (real bright in dark room) flashes constantly even if fully charged
- The charge seems to last 15 minutes or so which is adequate for it's needs.
- The battery charge duration is great, the unit seems to have great power and suction and it is hugely more convenient than dragging out the vacuum cleaner.
- Evidently you can replace the battery pack, when needed. Two screws hold on the side cover, and then the battery pack plugs in. Great improvement over earlier models!
- I've left it off the charger for a couple of days and it ran fine so not battery drainage going on when sitting idle.
- Battery life is pretty good, and the suction is pretty good for something this size.
