- This vacuum is fantastic to dust off other higher surfaces as well with a quick change of brushes.
- This is great for hardwood floors, and has super suction for carpet. By that I mean you have to turn the suction down or it is difficult to vacuum an oriental rug.
- I have a small home with all hardwood floors and needed a good suction vacuum. Miele canister vacs came highly recommended so I set my sights on their low end models, ultimately deciding between the Compact C1, and this model, the Complete C2.
- So far it's a great vacuum! However, I wish the design included an on/off on the handle as well as where it is. Works great; nice, long vacuum hose.
- I went ahead and ordered a HEPA filter for our pollen encrusted dusty desert air, altho it comes with quite a good filter system as is. This vacuum is fantastic to dust off other higher surfaces as well with a quick change of brushes.
- Don't read anymore reviews. Just buy it. Lightweight, quiet, and powerful with two vacuum heads. I saw it at my sister-in-laws; it was so quiet that I asked her what was running. May be a little pricey for some, but it has a reputation for long life and it is worth it.
- The Mercedes of vacs!!!!! I have 3 cats that seem to be in a constant shed-mode. The first time I ran this machine over the rug, NO fur!!!! It's quiet, has 3 internal filters, and works. Worth every penny.
- The wood floors never get scratched from dragging—a definite plus. I hate doing the stairs but the cord is extra long and conveniently retracted into the main compartment.
- Wonderfully maneuverable- picks up effectively- a little hard to push through carpet( suction is so strong)
- Nice and light weight to carry around the house. I was a little disappointed about the suction, doesn't seem quite as strong as my old vacuum.
- The machine is light-weight, quiet, and effective. It doesn't have one of those oversized heads, so it fits easily under the furniture. Still too early to report on durability, being only a few months old...
- Light weight, very good power. Love this little machine for hard floors, low pile carpets, dusting. Worth every cent.
- Light weight and how much power it has
- It does a better than expected job on our oriental rugs and is light-weight.
- This cleans better than our older, heavier machine, which was excellent for its time. But after 12 years the technology has improved. Easy to move and store, cleans great.
- Small light and well made. Does a great job cleaning and is not noisy
- It looks too small to be effective but has amazing suction, is eash to pull around and is so quiet I no longer have to wear ear plugs to vacuum.
- The canister is light but the vacuum arm is heavier than I expected. The length of the arm is adjustable and probably due to the electrical component it is bulky compared to other standard models.
- The suction power is variable and this is great because you can vary it depending on the surface you are cleaning, a really nice feature! It also follows/maneuvers well and is not too heavy.
- Perfect for our mostly hard flooring house, and the swivel attachment seems to help make vacuuming go faster. love the cord retractability feature just stand back as it is rather exuberant
- The only thing I can add as a con is the power button is not as easily pressed on/off with my foot due to nice rounded edge and aforementioned smoothly gliding wheels - hardly worth mentioning. Love the new addition to our household!
- I like that the attachments are in the canister. I might upgrade the filter to HEPA, but it didn't seem dusty until the bag was full.
- After using the unit I am impressed. It works better on my rugs than I anticipated when using the regular vacuum attachment.
- The suction is great, the accessories are useful and the fact that it's lightweight makes all the difference. I would recommend it highly.
- Runs quietly, and has plenty of power. It is well made. the retractable cord is a luxury. The hose is substantial, and pliable (no struggle). Its small, compact and attractive.
- Didn't do as expected with the hair from my dogs. The carpet attachment has to be continuously cleared of hair or it stops working.
- The adjustment for pile height is great. If you can afford it, it's worth the investment. One star off for the cost.
- Only complaint is that the casters are small and the unit tips over very easily.
- The cord is long enough to clean stairs.
- The wand and electric cord are ample length, in all ways-super convenient.
- Love the adjustable wand, the cord rewinder, the tool storage compartment, the ease with which it glides across all the floors behind me, the button on the vacuum head to switch between carpet and hardwoods in seconds with plenty of suction.
- Cord is also very long, which is great as cords can never be long enough !
- Not all that lightweight, power cord could be longer, and it really needs a smaller floorbrush for tight spaces.
- I hate doing the stairs but the cord is extra long and conveniently retracted into the main compartment.
- It is well made. the retractable cord is a luxury.
- The retractable cord is long and awesome.
- The cord is very long so there's often no need to keep finding different outlets to plug it in.
- I really like the 21 foot electric cord rewind function and the step on/off power switch plus the on/off switch located on the Electric Wand for using the ElectroPowerBrush.
