- I have experience with high-end audio components and the Onkyo TX-RZ1100 did not disappoint. The quality is superb and the high quality 4k video is the main reason I selected this unit.
- Used for 7.1.2 and sound is exceptional. Power and all the bells and whistles.
- Best amp for the money, excellent sound quality, lots of nice features, great ATMOS.
- Coming from an Onkyo TX-SR706 the sound quality is night and day. Right now I'm running 5.2 surround with the RZ1100 and it totally changed the surround sound experience.
- So far I am very glad - i think it is the best bang per buck on the market. i run it with an external power amp to use 7.2.1 setup to feed fronts with more power.
- 4K signal passes through looking as good as when Blu-ray was connected directly to TV.
- It improved my picture quality even by connecting my HD firestick to its HDMI port.
- This Denon does a great job of adjusting speaker output for the room, and also does an excellent job of playing the appropriate sounds out of my 4 height speakers, even on 5.1 tracks.
- This Denon receiver is great as the core part of my home theater. It was super easy to setup. The sound quality is fantastic, features of the receiver are great and ATMOS is amazing.
- I love it, it works very well, the set up is fairly easy, all is automated.
- Sound is awesome. The quick start guide is all you need to get up and running. The options and controls are dazzling.
- I love the app. Its VERY easy to add multiple sources to the unit. So happy so far!
- This is a great unit. It’s easy to use and setup. I haven’t used all the options, but I still love it. I would rate this one higher than Sony or Panasonic receivers.
- App on phone is very inconsistent in connecting via BT and confirmed it is not a phone issue.
- The app integration could be a lot more seamless and you should really only need one app and it should be easier to use but it works.
- The Denon is smart enough to automatically switch surround modes from Dolby, to DTS, to Stereo, etc, as I switch from streaming app to app in my TCL Roku tv or to my Xbox One X.
- Love the remote app for my phone. The sound is excellent.
- Great receiver. Does what I want. The iOS app is nicely done and the heos ROCKS!!
- I did have an issue with the Heos app locking the entire system up. Had to pull the power cord to get it working again.
- Unfortunately, Denon won’t allow you to play your Apple Music through its app (HEOS) because the music is DRM protected.
- Plenty of inputs and output -- more than I will ever need for my small room.
- Research the receivers and chose this one. I was not disappointed. Hooked up all components via HDMI and it works great. Powerful seperation just love it.
- Awesome links up to internet for great streaming. Provides plenty of power and has great range for wireless options.
- Bluetooth is very convenient. I have not tried all the features yet but so far I am very satisfied with the purchase. Would buy it again and recommend.
- The sound is just fine. The issue we have is with connecting the remote on the iPhone. When you close the app you always have to reconnect.
- Connected to Klipsch Premier speakers, the Denon really delivered lifelike movie sound.
- The upgrade is easy since all connections on the back are the same with the functional remote from the old unit and old power cord.
- For AirPlay and the Dennon AVR 2016 Remote App for iPhone to work this device has to be connected via ethernet.
- Bluetooth freezes, disconnects, pops, static, or doesn't connect at all.
- Constantly disconnects from Wifi and won’t connect via Bluetooth.
