Vitamix A3500
Vitamix 750
- of the high speed the blades can easily blend down ingredients to make the silkiest soups with a velvet like texture but it's also a great tool to make fresh batches of whole-grain flours at home when I want to make pizza at home.
- The programmable functions are the best, it’s quick, easy and the self clean preset saves me from scratching my hands on blender blades. It’s the best kitchen investment I’ve ever made!
- The blades create a great vortex for consistent blending of material. The self clean mode is so easy to use and makes clean up a snap
- And the blades and blending power are as sharp and strong as ever, if not even more so!
- The blender also comes with a low-profile tamper, which I haven't even had to use yet - likely, thanks to the power and sharp blades that chop efficiently.
- Smoothie blending is perfect consistency. Blending sorbets and smoothies is very quick, like two minutes.
- This new one is much quieter and with the combination of the full range variable speed along with pre-programmed settings, it's a fantastic machine.
- This thing is amazing.. You really don't realize the difference until you use a blender with this kind of power and speed. I'm starting to make a lot of things in it now.. I makes wonderful soups, sauces, etc...
- This is a very powerful machine. It can operate in some pre-programmed modes as well as in variable speed mode.
- Soups do not get "piping hot." Even though there is steam coming from the container, the contents are warm at best.
- Turns everything to mulch-looking stuff, even on slowest setting pulsed. Chunks are random shapes. Must still chop by hand when appearance matters. But this is true of any blender/food processor I guess.
- I love the new turn knob and digital reading. It allows me to control more of the settings, if desired. It's still light yet durable like the other Pro series blenders, but with more power.
- I really like the sleek look of the Ascent series and loved the fact that I can switch out container sizes which will come in handy next spring with the arrival of our new baby.
- A great thing about this container is that it’s the perfect size and shape for optimal blending!
- A ten year warranty gave me the comfort to make such a large investment in such a small appliance.
- I do wish that you go at least one more size thou since sometimes I'm just making a smoothies an this size container almost seems too big.
- As far as storage and cleaning goes, the wider shorter jar is your best bet. It's easier to clean, is better suited for smaller families and takes up less space on your kitchen counters.
- The base is heavy, so you can walk away without worrying about the unit tipping or shaking if the contents of the container are off balance.
- The Vitamix is heavy and very well made, compared with the Ninja.
- I love the size/shape of the pitcher, it fits right under my cabinets and is very easy to clean out.
- This machine will power through anything you throw at it. And, the recipe book is great as well.
- One really cool new feature that I like is the new motor base measurement. The motor base is able to read the container size you’ve chosen and then adjust accordingly with proper blend/program settings. Pretty cool!
- I like that is very easy to clean, fits under my counter, not like my old one that was too tall. On the smooth cycle though I still have some frozen fruit that is not fully blended, so sometimes I run it 2 times.
- It grinds everything so perfectly that you can drink it out of a regular straw with no problem.
- The interface is great, the display is bright and easy to read. I always worry that appliances will be hard to use when they have a lot of presets and programmability, but the Vitamix really does make it easy.
- Finally, cleaning couldn't be easier. Fill with a couple cups of warm water and a drop or two of soup and run, and you're pretty much done.
- This is a very powerful machine. It can operate in some pre-programmed modes as well as in variable speed mode.
- The various programs (smoothie, soup, etc) aren't just a gimmick - they actually work and make a difference in the finished product.
- It comes with a recipe book that has really good recipes with specific instructions including the ORDER of adding ingredients which makes a difference also.
- The container doesn't lock into place on the motor, so you have to hold it in place when doing heavy duty blending using the temper. Even with soups I'd be weary of not holding it, just in case.
- Juicing is NOT smooth. I tried to make carrot juice by blending carrots on the soup setting and even longer on the custom settings, but there was still a lot of roughage.
- From the power to the easy clean up its an amazing machine.
- The motor on this model is so powerful you can feel it doing its thing.
- The texture of the smoothies is perfect and the machine is very, very powerful. It will blend up anything you throw at it.
- I use it to make everything! It’s so powerful, liquifying beets for my juices, grinding quinoa into batter for my homemade pizza crusts and omg the soups you can whip up are to die for.
- This blender is the most powerful Vitamix I have owned! I absolutely love what it can do!
- It's powerful and has the smoothest sorbet blend I've ever seen, only a few tiny specs at the perfect sorbet consistency. If you blend until all specs are gone it turns into a smoothie consistency.
- Super powerful, great for making veggie/protein blends (no smoothies here, borderline diabetes means no juicing/blending fruits), batters, breads, soups, mayonaise (omg, once you will taste you will never buy from store again).
- It's a powerful machine and gets the blending job done... It's just what I wanted.
- Best feature - Powerful motor, this translate to very smooth in anything you blend.
- Noise (painful) on certain programmed settings.
