- I LOVE the maneuverability that this sweeper has. I can go completely around, under, over or any other direction I want by simply turning my wrist and it follows almost by instinct.
- 2 Filters - Rinse clean every month - easy maintenance.
- Even on the lowest setting, the V6 Absolute picks up things that other vacuums do not. The "fluffy" roller attachment is great on hardwood floors, especially those with a finish where dust is clearly visible and tends to collect.
- Easy to empty and clean; No dealing with filters, bags, etc.
- It has 2different speeds regular and max for those tougher spots.
- The head needs to be 50% wider (it's like mowing your yard with a 12" wide machine)
- Motor Head aggressively picks up dirt from carpets and rugs as it spins deep to the base, max power mode is powerful, well balanced for one handed operation.
- When in the MAX setting, it does pick up well, except for the long hairs that get stuck.
- The cordless part of it contributes to the maneuvering very well.
- The ball aspect of it allows to maneuver it pretty much every nook and corner of the house, behind every tight spot imaginable.
- It is bag-less so no headache there.
- Worked great until I had an issue with the filter. For some reason it stopped working and would only pulse unless I took the filter out - which defeats the purpose.
- It is compact and very light. I would give it a 5 star rating for that coupled with the fact that it also has a decent number of accessories for different tasks which is helpful as well.
- Excellent at being compact and love that I can hang it up in the broom closet where it lives and gets charged at the same time.
- It's lightweight, and very easy to carry upstairs.
- It's small and easy to manuver and can be converted to a smaller hand held.
- It's light weight and easy to dump the dust in the garbage. It also is the quietest vacuum I've ever used which is great.
- Very light, I thought the trigger would be tiresome but it's not.
- Light and portable and easy to use.
- This vacuum is super light weight and gets into corners and swivels well, I love that!
- I love having a go-to, small cordless vacuum for quick messes.
- Being as light weight as it is, I can carry it around so easily. Even my 5 year old can clean up his mean just fine.
- Its quite heavy on my wrist when using it for a few mins.
- It does pick up pet hair very well on bare floors or carpet.
- Excellent Floor Cleaner. Great floor attachment and there is a floor duster attachment as well. Cleans carpets and hard floors perfectly.
- 2 power settings: Max and Normal mode. 5-6 minutes run time on Max, 20 minutes in Normal mode.
- The V6 Absolute has most of the attachments you need. The only thing I needed to get was an extension hose for when I wanted to use it for dusting purposes.
- Soft brush tool is fantastic on hardwood, tile and loop weave carpet/rugs (gently brushes the crumbs up).
- The enclosed dock should come with mollies/wall anchors and screws. Pretty cheap on Dyson’s part.
- Small bin fills up rapidly especially with bulky dirt like fur. Fur/fuzz gets stuck near the top, and the bin is too narrow (while installed) to reach there with your fingers.
- It even comes with a wall mount so that it is always charging when not in use.
- Powered vacuum head tilts and turns easily in every direction.
- Comes with a wall mountable combo hanging and charging station.
- It works well on hard floors and dense low pile carpet on Max mode.
- Messy to empty. Dust gets everywhere. And the bin is really small. So you will be emptying it a lot. And dust gets stuck in all the corners.
- My biggest complaint is that the holding container is too small. If you let it fill past the line it will clog and stop working.
- Having to continually hold the button down, while going around my house hitting up all the edges and baseboards can be tiresome.
- Very powerful suction - no loss of suction.
- The suction from this one blew my mind I was pulling so much hair from a shaggy rug with very limited traffick.
- Wish the battery indicator light was more noticeable.
- The battery does get quite warm. For better battery maintenance, it is recommended that you wait until it has cooled down before putting it back on the charger.
- The charge time. 3 and a half hours for a full charge is to much even in my extremely small place i have to vacuum in sections.
- Pretty powerful with two different power settings.
- It's cordless and holds its charge for a decent amount of time and doesn't take too long to charge back up.
- Battery life remaining indicator kicks in too close to flat battery, Motor Head has trouble with larger pieces of debris, holding down power trigger gets tiring for long sessions.
- Poor battery life. We're talking 5 min on high and something like 20 on low. I found myself needing to recharge it halfway through cleaning on many occasions. And a 3hr charge time.
- The battery life at full power (pressing the blue button by the handle) is barely 10 minutes.
