- Can go from room to room quickly without having to plug and unplug
- Really does clean well... sucks up every bit of dust, pet hair, etc.
- Vacuum wherever you want(wall, ceiling, stairs and etc.)
- Does not pick up large objects. I don't need it to, but just FYI rocks and large pieces of things will stay on the floor.
- Vacuum head quite small. I don't see how this can replace a corded vacuum. Does not pick up larger items
- Washable filter, so it's good for people with allergies.
- Obviously, it’s nice that it’s cordless. You can get around the whole house without have to unplug and move it to a closer location.
- The cordless system is fantastic!
- Suction is amazing, almost as good as my Dyson Ball Animal vacuum, and I have not seen any decrease in suction so far.
- The main vacuum attachment (the largest head) is still so small. You spend more time covering all of the spots.
- Lightweight and powerful suction. It really gets the job done.
- Easy, relatively lightweight, quick
- Lightweight, easy to maneuver, powerful suction, the noise is less than regular vacuums, charges quickly.
- It stores really easy . Very small footprint in a NY closet and attaches to the wall .
- It's easy to carry up/down stairs, and around the house.
- Light, agile, and powerfull.
- Light, maneuverable, Extreme sucking power, easy to clean.
- Very easy to use and light weight.
- It is very light weight and only requires 1 hand to use.
- Ease of use. It only has two buttons--a trigger to power it on, and a lever to release the dirt receptacle. It's easy to operate and empties in seconds.
- The attachments are handy and easy to attach and remove.
- Comes with a good accessory kit which allows you to clean everything in an apt
- It is a bit loud. Not louder than a traditional vacuum, in my opinion, but if you bend down next to the motor it can be deafening.
- The chamber is a bit small and my dogs fur tends to clog it a bit. I vacuum every day and the fur still fills the thing. It's probably not a standard problem, but I've run into it.
- Dyson's easy accessory latches make changing out attachments easy and fast.
- The bristles seriously get so much dirt and dust out of the carpet. We have fairly long carpeting and even the parts in the house that have been pressed down so much they’re stuck like that, the bristles still manage to somewhat get in there.
- It comes with a lot of attachments and can be stored easier than an upright vacuum.
- The attachments included are perfect for my needs; the dusting attachments has made my life so much easier!
- Dust bin opens from the bottom (Huge flaw for the Animal version of this since hair gets stuck and is impossible to get out.)
- Not collapsible or extendable. It has one extension tube and you either hook it up or take it completely off.
- The wall holder/ charging station does not have enough holders for the four attachments included forcing me to create a storage place/ tote for the extra attachments.
- Battery life. You'll get about 20-30 minutes per charge using the carpet attachment, and a little longer using the dust attachments.
- One charge can easily get all the little areas of my house I need to attend to
- No loose of power even though battery is low
- Short battery life. Also, it just cuts out when it's done. No warning, just stops
- Has decent Power, even comes with a boost mode (which is most likely what you will always have it on).
- The suction strength compared to prior dyson models is amazing.
- Run time is actually only supposed to last around 8 mins per charge. (Instructions actually rate this at 8, I have gotten more time than that but not much more)
- The battery dies after a few minutes. I have a dog and kids and vacuum at least every other day, so it’s not a big issue. But I wouldn’t be able to do the entire house on one charge.
- Battery life is not that long, on average (without using the max power feature) I can go about 10-20 minutes depending on what attachment I am using.
