- The screen is glass and highly reflective, but it hasn't bothered me a bit. If there is a reflection or glare, just adjust the angle. The display is very sharp and the screen is a true touch screen;
- I like the display, clear and crisp and 6" vs 5" does make quite a difference. It responds better to, faster and the touch is much nicer over the 2555.
- I purchased the sand weighted dash mount and am anxious to try it and the GPS out over the next few days. So far so good. Display crisp and on screen command buttons pretty intuitive.
- The display is clear and helpful and has usually been very accurate in finding the destination.
- Better touch screen, easier to program, and very nice graphic display.
- Also, initially I thought the 6 inch screen might be a little big but now that I have it, I do appreciate it's size in my Sienna van.
- We were in desert sunlight, I didn't even have the screen on full brightness, and it was easy to see. This one is so much better than the 10-year old Nuvi it replaced.
- Lifetime maps and lifetime HD traffic, together with a large screen make this a great value.
- Very helpful in directing through complex ramps and exits where signs are confusing and difficult to read. Recommend the 6" screen as it is easy to see with bifocals.
- MANY FEATURES 6" GLASS SCREEN TAKES YOU THERE WITH NO PROBLEM !!!!!
- I've been using this GPS for several days, and the features are wonderful. The only problem is that during daylight hours, the beautiful six inch screen acts as a mirror;
- This unit covers most of the country and gives voice directions which my wife says make more sense and easier to use
- The voice address input works well half of the time. It it's an easy street name then I use the voice activation.
- With the voice command, I can just talk the address or place that I want to go and the GPS will find them.
- The Bluetooth option makes it easy for me to answer phone calls while driving. However, I always have to press "Answer" to answer the phone calls.
- It reports about accident that is on your road, however it doesn't say exactly where the accident takes place.
- This is a great unit, sensitive, fast to search and refresh maps, integrated FM traffic receiver, blue tooth, back-up camera compatible.
- You can program the trip window to show whatever you want, including elevation.
- The coverage for this traffic feature seems to be VERY limited and is something I would definitely not recommend unless you live in one of the coverage areas, check Garmin's site.
- It is pretty good with voice recognition but it seems that I have to speak a little loud at times for it to understand me.
- Find it easy to use, lots of great features . Only problem ours didn't have instruction book. Ordered one on line. Also found the voice control hard to understand.
