- The motor seems to be well made, it's powerful, and has pulled me through weeds often.
- I got this one because it was clearly listed as being saltwater friendly. It worked really well at first, had good power and adjustability.
- It has plenty of power to push my 10 ft dinghey around at harbor speed. It seems plenty quiet to me, but then I amnot trying to fool any fish.
- Great powerful motor and would highly recommend. Get a large 12v battery to power it though because we drained that battery after a day and a half of use.
- Not a smooth increase in power.
- Initially I was skeptical about the manufacturer's claim that the motor would run longer by conserving battery power. After some windy days at the lake, I found that the motor will operate for a full 10 hour day and still have half the initial charge power in reserve.
- Does use less battery power than the standard motor (Endura C2) but not as much less as advertised.
- The Endura MAX is very powerful and very quiet.
- I love it, makes your battery last forever, it's powerful with a great grip that is variable speed and extends.
- Bought as a gift for my father, he said it has great power and was the only motor he needs on his small fishing lake. he uses it on a 14' aluminum deep V fishing boat.
- The entire assembly that mounts the motor to the transom is rather cheap and flimsy, I think.
- I purchased an Intex Excursion 5 and bought a motor mount & this motor to put on that boat since it only has a 1.5HP rating.
- I've got it mounted on my 12 foot Native Slayer and my depth finder shows me doing 10 mph at full speed, and that's with a weekend worth of gear!
- This can make the mount pop out, which is a bit annoying.
- The transom mount is plastic and will most likely break long before my Diehard, which is metal and over 20 years old.
- Mounted this on the back of a Cumberland float tube. Been on a bunch of lakes in NE Twin Cities this year. Such a fun project!!!
- I have this mounted on the bow of a 14' medium duty flat-bottom pram, which has swivel seats set up for bass fishing.
- mounted as described/expected and has plenty of power to get us where we want to go on the river. It's quiet and easy to operate.
- The motor and mount is very easy to adjust after it is mounted on the stern. Moving it up and down, tilting it, etc, is super easy.
- The item itself is great however when we received it the package was damaged in shipping. We had a broken prop and and bent shaft.
- The motor has functioned well, the battery meter is a nice feature.
- What a powerful little troll motor very surprised on the power and the battery feature is great too pushed me and my buddy and we're two big guys around all day with no problem
- Have not found a better motor, all the feature are perfect
- It works very well and the battery level feature is nice to have.
- The one dangerous thing I noticed is the hand or motor itself does not have a safety "off" feature.
- Telescoping handle is a good feature. I had this on a 12 ft" Fiberglass V-Hull and it pushed me around upwards 3 MPH no problem on glass to calm water.
- I love the progressive speed control feature, versus the "click to the next number" design.
- I really like how there isn't just 5 preset speeds and the built in battery meter is a nice feature too.
- Variable Speed Control. The main reason I purchased this instead of the less expensive 5 speed Endura 40 is because of the variable speed motor.
- The Forward/Reverse control is Excellent, and the Electrical Cables and connections are quite adequate.
