- Love my new cookware!! This set is replacing a Teflon I've had for too long. I have had to change the cooking temps I'd been accustomed to using because they conduct the heat so much better than what I had. They are so pretty as well, I wish my cabinets had windows so I could display them!
- They're great. As a budding chef, these have exceeded all of my expectations and more. The design is very attractive, the handles feel great, the heating seems to be very even and these definitely perform like top of the line pans.
- These are extremely well made. Very heavy bottoms are great for even heating. The handles are well attatched. They look outstanding, and work well. I purchased them for use on an induction cook top, and they work well.
- These pans stand out against other stainless steel pans. The slightly flared sides and the curved handles give this set an understated elegance that competing cookware lacks.
- One thing I did notice while trying to boil water in the large stock pot.... it seemed to take forever without the lid on. I think because I was used to the thin aluminum pots and pans, heat transferred more quickly, thus heating the water faster.
- I would say only one downside of this set is the shape of the pots and pans. They have a tapered shape, so the base is smaller than the rim....which doesn't leave a lot of surface area contact to the burner on the stove.
- I am in love with these pots and pans. Not only do they stack into 3 sets, they have saved room in my cabinets! You can cook with them on the stove or in the oven. They are dishwasher safe. They are non-stick. I am so happy I purchased them!
- Such a complete set and exceeded my expectations. The pots, pans and glass tops are constructed of high quality materials and are solid! The weight of each item is significant, but not in a bad way. Really love how they feel in your hand while cooking.
- Aside from their great appearance and space saving design, they perform very well on my gas range. They conduct heat evenly and this is the best set of cookware I’ve owned.
- Calphalon has always been a great brand, and the anodized pans I have lasted over a decade and did relatively well staying slick. This one has the added benefit of being very stackable with a clever new lid design.
- This is a great non-stick set! I have used metal spatulas (lightly) and wooden spoons with these and they have held up very nicely! Also, the size appears bigger than 12" only because they are deeper than most fry-pans and that's a good thing!
- My only complaint is the design of the lid. When it comes to cooking, whether cooking on high or low with the lid you MUST be very careful when lifting the lid off.
- Еhese pots and pans are perfect for the dishwasher too! My previous pots and pans had hollow handles that weren't completely sealed to the pan, so if not positioned correctly in the dishwasher, it would fill up with dirty dishwater.
- Very rapid transfer of heat. Need to learn to cook with smaller flames! LOL Loved being able to go right into the oven with a frying pan full of chicken.
- SUPER easy to clean. fried egg, browned onions, fried rice, it all sluices off after a quick soak and scrub. with some elbow grease and barkeeper’s friend, it will shine right up to original condition.
- I love this set. They look good and cook great. They are easy too clean, keep an even and constant temperature. I like them better than my copper old Dutch which cost much more.
- Better on the gas hob, now that i’m stuck with electric it doesn’t heat up as quickl as i’d like.
- Holding out that last star because of lackluster performance on electric hon and the fact that it’s near impossible to wash without leaving water spots (even if immediately hand-drying).
- The build quality seems typical, high quality Calphalon and the hard anodized aluminum is easy to clean.
- The space saving set is totally worth the money. They are heavy, and feel like cast iron. Material is great cooking on. The food cooks through unlike some pots. I'm very happy with the set.
- These are solid, useful nonstick pans that actually do stack nicely. I have a number of older Calphalon Professional nonstick pans, and these seem comparable in build quality and weight.
- The fry pan seems to heat evenly without hot spots, and they all clean up easily. The shape of the lid and handles take some getting used to (for me, at least), but it's very handy being able to store these three pieces so neatly in the space of one saute pan.
- Stacking them really doesn't appear to save that much space over regular pans, unless you're planning to play Jenga with these. I wouldn't want to stack more than a couple of these, because it'd be a pain to get to the pan you actually wanted to use.
- The handles are kind of weird and a little awkward to hold
