- Very solid build, heavy gauge aluminum, even heating, great nonstick.
- All pieces have a subtle cauldron-like shape (not straight wall). I wasn't sure how this form factor would affect cooking experience; I actually prefer this shape now, especially when stirring or sauteing.
- One of the most important things is that these HA1 pans are PFOA Free.
- Best non-stick cookware we've ever owned... we are thrilled to have made the purchase of these All-Clad cookware set. Better than any we've ever used before! These heat evenly and we use less oils and butters than any others.
- I always buy All Clad. I make sure to never use metal on these. They're beautiful, great sizes. Iam so stoked to have non stick as I've always just had the stainless steal All Clads that I still use after 20 years. Great addition!
- They DO NOT WORK WELL with my induction stove...heat does not get distributed evenly at the bottom of the pots and they take a long time to heat up.
- Many of the pans do not sit flat- which means they do not make contact with the entire surface. They in turn do not heat up as they should and food does not cook evenly. Very disappointing at this price point.
- I absolutely love this cookware set! The temperature control and even conduction is great for getting all the food done at once! No constant stirring or flip flopping to make sure all the sides get done.
- From stove to oven it's great for searing meat and baking off in the oven. I can't wait to get more pieces for my set!
- Purchased for our cottage by the river; perfect nonstick surface that no one can destroy and they cook beautifully. Size perfect for a family. If cooking for large groups, purchase larger pans.
- Beware that this is a very lightweight set of cookware. Any even semi-seious cook knows that appropriate heat distribution requires that there be some heft in the cookware.
- They are good, but the larger skillets have a higher center resulting in any oil or butter collecting only at the edges of the pan. Makes it difficult to pan fry anything.
- This set feels like it's made to survive the Apocalypse. Super easy cleaning and dishwasher safe nonstick is a plus.
- I really like this set. Uniform heating. Cleans easy, inside and out. Sturdy build quality. PFOA free. Pans stay nice and flat when heated. I use the cookware on a glass top range and it works well.
- We love our new all-clad cookware. It heats up very quickly on our Jenn Air induction cooktop and is super easy to clean.
- What's with the handles?? Perhaps I'm missing something (as I said I'm not a professional chef) but the handles are impressively uncomfortable in hand.
- Please note that as not all pieces nest or stack all that well if you are interested in space saving. But I like this set so much.
- The pans are light enough so that one does not have to be a professional weight lifter to move them, yet are extremely sturdy and the handles and covers are easy on the hands.
- The nonstick surface requires hand washing, a slight drawback, but the cleanup is amazingly easy, a little soap and water, a sponge, and presto! Good as new.
- I could not be any happier with a set of pots and pans. We use every size often, even the giant fry pan. The glass lids allow you to see your food cooking which I like. The handles are really comfortable.
- I love my new cookware. It is so easy to clean. And with all the different sizes, I have a very good choice on which pot or pan to use depending on what we are making.
- It's the anodized outside that will discolor it washed in the dishwaser. I would buy these again but I might buy a different outer finish.
- I've discovered that the non-stick coating flakes off after a mere 8 months of gentle use with approved utensils.
