- This definitely uped my WiFi speed. There hasn't been any lag since I started using it. We have 3 playstations, 2 smart tvs, 2 laptops and 5 smarts using going at once.
- We are able to connect multiple devices to the internet wirelessly and not have reduced speeds.
- Haven't had a dropped connection from any wireless device yet. The speed of the wireless connection is great.
- The Internet is very high speed and there is good connection to all of my devices.
- Works fine EXCEPT wifi speed is not good for over 30mbs on Comcast, I pay for 200mbs and wired is better but still has a Max of only about 120mbs, has the latest firmware but that makes no difference.
- Cable speed is as fast as the modem I was renting from Comcast but the range sucks.
- Right out of the box the performance with this Nighthawk Modem is amazing I’m reaching the max that my connection is allowed in my area until I upgrade my package at a later time but right now I’m on the Blast 93Mbps/12Mbps speeds.
- Has increased my home network speed significantly. No more speed issues.
- Great speed and reliability. Also has great distance, am able to stay connected even when at the pool of my apartment
- So much better than the regular come cast modem ! I have three nest cameras and a lot a lot of devices hooked up and speed is awesome !!
- It works fine, but I keep loosing downstream channels from 16 down to 8, usually lossing channels 1-8. This is extremely annoying because it causes my download speeds to drop, no significantly, but enough to be an annoyance.
- Wi-Fi performance is routinely bad, even for devices near the router. Wired connections work great though (hence the two stars)
- This Netgear has good connection speeds, has a built in wifi router and an USB for hard drive connection.
- I bought this because it had a usb port and thought of great things.
- The range is great! It also has a built in USB connection to turn an external HDD into a network attached storage.
- This product is well worth the money. The only con is there is only two Ethernet This produc ports.
- This modem / router is a good buy but needs more eathernet connection ports
- Easy set up, great speeds and great to have multiple ports.
- Solid interface, exceptional wireless performance. All ports handle large amounts of data flawlessly.
- Works great & very fast. This modem has 4 ports. It has very good range.
- I have been using Netgear for many years...and this one has 4 connecting port!
- Works very well, but lacks port for telephone connection.
- This is having dlna feature too, you can plug USB storage devicen plan wirelessly
- It comes with a nice web interface and has a mobile app.
- Easy to install and set up, great range on 2.4GHz, works perfect on different internet providers, good speed.
- Sometimes loses connectivity on 5G and has to be reset.
- The only con is that in an average size home, about 2,550 sq ft, the range doesn't reach very far and an extension in needed.
- 24x8 Channel Bonding that’s 24 Downstream channels and 8 Upstream channels allowing for a better connection. This means I’ll enjoy full connection with the Comcast Servers while at high peak usage hours in my town when everyone is connected.
- The combo modem and WiFi is easy to connect and very fast.
- Crazy Wi-Fi range (even connect in backyard)
- Never had to restart/reset router (unless service interruption occurs by ISP)
- Using an external router with the AC1900 could complicate setup due to the unit already having a built-in WiFi antenna
- The app is confusing. I haven't looked closely but it wasn't intuitive and I haven't set a custom network name/password yet.
