- Great speed at a very good price. Compatible with time warner cable service A plug and play device
- Great speed for the price. It was easy to set up and the app helps.
- The setup of this modem was super quick. I was up and running in 15 minutes. The price was perfect for the amount of speed you get. I would recommend this modem to any friend or family member.
- I'm getting better than advertised speeds with this. I know this is not necessarily just because of the cable modem, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
- I needed this item as I was changing internet providers and it doing its job.
- Love this modem along with my Night Hawk 6 my internet has never been this fast and my download speed for everything is faster
- Great modem and works with Cox. Our speed has increased without us changing our internet package.
- Fast Internet connection, minimize interference for enhanced performance. Great for the price.
- Works great. Previous docsis 2.0 modem was at 4.7 mbps now with SB6141 speed is almost 80 mbps
- It came in a plain box with a power cord, Ethernet cable and some instructions. I hooked it up, called my cable company, Comcast Infinity to activate and I'm getting 30 download speeds even though I pay for 25. Great price! Very happy!
- Very easy to use with good connection. No problems with staying connected
- Working great. I have a great connection and constant service.
- Its a good unit, no special speeds or usb ports. it works well, reliable no problems after 7 months, affordable $
- Intermittent connection when connected directly to pc, but it soon failed altogether. Even after rebooting and disconnecting it from my pc.
- This modem from Netgear has everything you need for high speed cable (Dociss 3.0), My only criticism is that you only have 3 ports. One is for your coaxial cable, another for the Ethernet cable, and its own power cord. That's really all you need unless you have multiple devices, no Wifi or no router
- Works perfect - internet running 118MBPS. No problem to connect. Price was super and quality is great.
- I had the SB6121 before this, and bought this when I upgraded my internet to a 200Mbs down plan that needed additional channels. Both devices have worked flawlessly. Everyone I know that tries to use the combo devices from Comcast suffers from unstable connections and frequent outages.
- Outside of my return window, connects for only a few minutes at a time then loses connection. Keep looking for a modem
- Router unable to connect to modem, computer unable to connect to modem: network card activity lights: blink-blink pause, blink-blink pause = computer attempting to communicate, modem not replying.
- The package doesn't come with coaxial cable.
- Good for everyday user just call in your MAC address and your online. Great for the price point I just wish it had more advanced features, bridging is one.
- Great for the money! Very satisfied with the performance, quality and features.
- Great product! Great features and easy to use! iPhone genie app is a must!
- Comcast has a feature with their service that allows for remote configuration of new modems. Took all of two minutes to get the modem setup and working. No issues.
- Supports 8 downstream and 4 upstream channels providing efficient and reliable Internet access even during peak hours
- It came in a plain box with a power cord, Ethernet cable and some instructions. I hooked it up, called my cable company, Comcast Infinity to activate and I'm getting 30 download speeds even though I pay for 25. Great price! Very happy!
- So anyway, this no frills modem works just fine and was up and running immediately after I called Wow to give them the MAC address they need to register and access it on their end.
- Works, but lacks of the more advanced features found in most common router
- Terrible. Bought new and it very clearly was not new. Smudges and scratches from wear and tear, product said new but was definitely used previously. Only half the lights would light up let alone stay solid. On reset on the power button showed.
- The blue LEDs are waaaaaaaaaay too bright. Tape over them, and the light escapes from the sides. One of them blinks constantly. Placement of this modem is key.
