- We had to replace our modem and router because of the speed and range. We are extremely happy with the speed of this modem. We have a two story house and our wireless now works throughout the entire house, including garage.
- I have TWC and am getting 220mbps d/l speeds and 25 upload speeds, which are both more than what I am paying for so this thing rocks! Easy to setup and works great!
- Great speeds for downloading data. Switched to streaming TV and it supports the streaming with no buffering.
- Before adding this modem to my Comcast network, my internet speeds where not up to what I was paying for. Now they are almost double what I'm paying for. I love it!
- We needed a new high speed modem and the Best Buy sales person recommended this one. We have been very pleased with it.
- After buying this product we got it home only to find it was slow and wasn't wifi...
- I bought it but unfortunately I didn't keep it because it slowed down my internet with xfinity.
- This modem is great if you like speed! set everything up with ease, one call to comcast and in less than 5 minutes it we setup. A direct hook straight to my Desktop and the speed was blinding!
- We got this hooked up to our existing cable service and our download speed went from 17 - 20 Mbps to 150 Mbps! Unbelievable improvement.
- Gave me the speed I needed for 300MBPS. 4 access points and 20-30 devices connected at once. It does great!
- Took my download speeds from 32 Mbps to 170 Mbps. Gotta love a cable company that will rent you a modem that isn't capable or reaching the speeds they are selling you......no more.
- Did not notice any improvement. So far so good on reliability. Would not recommend upgrading unless you have the 300 speed.
- It only has one port so if you have multiple Ethernet ports throughout your house and you want to hard wire each computer, this isn't the one for you. But if all your computers are on wifi, it works great.
- I had my own router so just needed something to make the link with my comcast cable. Despite it has very simple feature set (only one RJ45 port), it works fine and was easy to setup following the quick start guide steps that explains the comcast activation too.
- This was recommended by a "blue shirt" as a solution to replace my cable modem but it it didn't have enough Ethernet ports to do the job. I'd recommend based on ones needs for ports
- Unfortunately, having only one ether port did not work for my more advanced needs. However, looks like a great modem for simple usage.
- A Best Buy Rep AND a Spectrum rep suggested I purchase this to replace the modem that Spectrum supplies for free. I've not had problems with speed, etc. but beware that this only has one ethernet port (as opposed to Spectrums 4) so you need to buy an Ethernet switch.
- Good gigabit router only wish it had more Ethernet ports
- For those who are not so tech savvy, the only way to get the most out of this device is to be sure that the router you have at home has gigabit ports. In order to find that out, look up the specs on your router and under the ports section it should say Gigabit or 10/100/1000.
- Had a little trouble getting it set up but it works great. Probably was more on the cable company then Netgear. Only has one Ethernet port didn't notice that til I got it home. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5.
- There was no phone port on the device so it did not meet my needs. I had to return it and Bust Buy does not sell on that has the phone port on it. I have no experience with the product
- Only down fall is you need to by a good poe switch since the unit only has one port.
- This is a high end modem. It has 16 channels, and a lot of security options and quality of service options.
- I bought this in replacement of the cheaper one I bought, because my internet has to have 16* 8 channel to work fine without disconnecting.
- Netter's new modem offers all of the basic features that most consumer's may desire for a reasonable price.
- This Cable modem was so easy to install that in 15 minutes I was set. All the other features were great and exceeded my expectations.
- A lot of great settings from simple to advanced features. Highly recommend product!
- This is a high end modem. It has 16 channels, and a lot of security options and quality of service options.
- The modem and router was easy to install and configure. The control features are great and provide all of the functionality that I was expecting.
- Love size, 2 in 1 feature, backlit keys, weight and long battery life. For me I am having a hard time with Windows 10.
- This modem works well. I've had it about a month. It's a little more expensive than some but a guy at the store explained it's better features.
- Fast, does not get overly hot. Lights are dim & do not light up the room when dark. Simple set-up. Many features.
- The easy set-up is the most improved feature, to me. Of course it works very well and I love the LED light strip being mounted on the face. All in all, an excellent product.
