  • The controls are easy to use even without reading the directions.
Midland ER300 Emergency Solar Hand Crank AM FM Digital NOAA Weather Radio

Midland ER300 Emergency Solar Hand Crank AM FM Digital NOAA Weather Radio
  • Everything else worked great and we would have no qualms about recommending it. The unit is also small and easily carried.
  • he radio is small but not heavy and bulky so it is easy to store.
  • If you're looking for a small, relatively inexpensive radio/flashlight for daily use and your bug-out bag, this is a great option, and you won't discover you need batteries when you go to use it.
  • This radio is a bit heavy, but when you consider how much useful stuff is packed into this relatively small device, the weight is worth carrying.
  • Everything you need in a small package. This is a nice weather radio that runs circles around the ETON radios that look very similar. If given the choice, I would always choose a Midland.

  • This thing is awesome, very compact and well built. The flashlight is amazing and bright, the audio is loud enough to enjoy your tunes and emergency broadcasts.
  • The NOAA function is good. The flashlight is handy and bright. Overall seems to be a well built piece and I'm happy with the purchase.

  • The audio is very good considering the small speaker. Digital tuning is a plus. Sensitivity is good.
  • The hand crank is a bit sturdier than some I’ve tried, but obviously you have to still be careful when using it.
  • The LED light is plenty bright to light your way around.
