Assembly was straightforward; other than physically placing the base, it was an easy one-person job.
You can map the route and run it on your treadmill with the realistic inclines/declines you will find on the real route.
The belt feels a little too flimsy for the price, but everything else feels great, and so far it's working perfectly.
The biggest advantage this treadmill that it's have large running deck.
Even when folded, it takes up a lot of space at home.

This treadmill is comfortable, can easily fold and don't take a lot of space at home.
Incline is intense! I was surprised how much it really inclines, super helpful for training and is smooth in transition.
The treadmill automatically changes the speed and incline to match the terrain.
This treadmill can be hard to assemble, and its screen is relatively small.
Takes a few hours to set up and you need someone to help you.

I can watch videos when i workout because this treadmill has a quiet, powerful motor.
No treadmill is going to be quiet with a person pounding on it but this one is an acceptable level of noise. It doesn't bother anyone upstairs or downstairs when I'm running.
Treadmill has the slickest tablet/phone holder I've seen on a treadmill, it's spring-loaded and placed high enough that you don't have to bend your neck to watch your tablet.
Cushion provide a comfortable run—and a comfortable walk. So as you walk, jog, or run, your joints will be thanking you.
After some time, I began to notice that during the increase in speed, some noise began to appear in the motor.

The controls are responsive and I haven't had any issues with them. It is also very quiet, both the motor noise and the running noise when I'm on it.
Connecting the tablet to WiFi and syncing my workouts to the cloud, including exporting from ifit.com and importing to Strava, was seamless.
It also has jack for plugging a device into the built-in speakers for the treadmill.
The apps automate the speed and incline of the machine to help you reach goals for calorie burn, speed training, endurance and interval training.
The training programs are useless unless you enjoy constantantly switching from -3% inclines to 15% along the annoying noise it takes to do so.

High-definition, 10” touchscreen that you can use even when your hands are sweaty.
One touch controls adjust your speed and incline in seconds at the touch of a button.
The speaker is super loud & really good quality, especially while listening to podcasts.
After pausing manual workout, resume does not retain last speed setting.
Touchscreen was defective on arrival with no sound. I have attempted to contact them several times to get the promised replacement with no luck.
