- We then purchased the exterior wifi cameras, which were easily added to the same account, with easy setup as well. All are 1080P and offer great resolution. We like the option of 24 hour protection with the Cloud service
- The increase in resolution (daytime) isn't very noticeable to me but I see a marked improvement in the night vision which is one of the reasons for my purchase.
- i love my Pivot I can talk to my step son when he gets home from school, I can play music from my phone on my Pivot via Bluetooth, I can look 360 degrees , resolution it's good.
- The 1080P resolution is fantastic, the manual and automatic rotation of the camera makes it even better. The two-way audio is another cool feature that I like, but what I didn't expect to like as much as I do are the door/window sensors.
- Video is fine in "LR" (low resolution) but in HD it is way too slow, especially to handle accurate panning. But at the same time the ability to zoom in HD is pretty good.
- The camera itself is great, easy to install and great picture quality (day & night)
- They're excellent video, voice/sound interactive, and have an alarms if needed.
- Great camera nice resolution for WiFi camera install was a breeze and Havnt had any issues
- good resolution and user friendly. Only bad thing is the battery. It only comes with one and you have to unmount the entire thing to replace and/or charge it. Overall good product.
- Easy to install, great resolution & picture quality (day and night) app is easy to use & install. 30 trial is over
- It's recording is very clear and I love the "Live" scan. I have other cameras installed, also. The pivot seems to register motion more easily in daylight, but not in dark with the night vision. A live scan in the dark, however, is very clear.
- So fas so good with this camera and door sensor combo. It has good quality playback which is stored internally in 16kb built-in memory. Apparently if you take the camera apart there is a way to insert a micro SD card
- It has built-in humidity and temperature sensors which are both viewable on the phone app. It also has a Bluetooth speaker which can play music or via which you can talk through remotely
- It looks like a smaller version of the Alexa Echo and it would not be a stretch to see them combined into one unit at some point in the future
- The WiFi issue is that I had to change my WiFi pin to get the unit to work. I have had a 40 character WiFi pin for years. I tried for several days to get my unit to connect, but it would not connect.
- Very easy to set up. Just follow the directions and be patient. Indoors or out these cams capture things you may not be aware of around your home.
- I set up quiet times when I can live view what's happening, and unique phone alarm sounds should anything happen after dark and when I am sleeping.
- By biggest letdown is the battery. With all the activity on our front porch the battery is dead in about a week and it takes a LONG time to recharge.
- These cameras are complete junk! App rarely opens,.... it usually just continuously refreshes, or opens to a black screen. Battery life was at 68% after one day, & takes forever to charge, 5, -10 hours.
- A battery power camera with lights is a great idea in concept but needs work. The recording time is limited to 30 second compared to 1 minute for the wired spotlight cam
