- Works amazing in east coast wet salt water sand environments as well as in the field.
- Easily best all around detector in this price range and better at some things than those costing 2x as much or more
- This machine will find anything if it is in the soil. Highly recommend it. Can't wait to go out again.
- Great machine. Found coins in a park right out of the box. Has adjustable settings which I'm still learning. Love it so far.
- This is perhaps the first universal detector that combines smart multi-frequency technology with: light weight; long battery life; fast, convenient phone type charging; properly thought-out and vetted engineering and materials
- With all the extras that are included in the pack is excellent. Especially after adding the six inch coil.
- Love the fact I can use this machine at the beach in highly mineralized soil and still get great depth with little false readings.
- Easy enough for beginners and enough machine to satisfy experts.
- The weight of the machine is light but I will say that the machine is front heavy. This is nothing that I would suggest someone walk away form it but it is off balance IMO.
- Great metal detector. Lightweight and powerful.
- This is exactly what we wanted! Lightweight, fast recovery and several frequencies!
- Incredible depth for targets, however, could have been a function, in part, of the sand at this beach.
- What can I say found good stuff 1st time out. Love the tones and goes deep. That is what it is all about.Get the Miccus sr 71 stealth v4.2 head phones right away.
- Very happy with this detector, my F75+ has taken a back seat. Also if depth is something you're looking for, this is definitely a deep machine.
- Could not detect in the water very much, too rough, but no doubt would excel there also.
- This detector does not work on deep coins on edge as posted in you tube videos.therefore multi frequency is worthless.
- On 2 nugs he found (One on visble surface) he would let me check with my AT Gold, and it would not even aknowlege the litte gold as relivant. A definate "skip me" noise.
- I have found a lor of gold with the AT GOLD, and one nug alone was 1/2 ounce! But it fails horribly on small nugs. ( we could put all 5 gold pieces he found on 1 us dime) so kinda small, but still nugs!
- This detector is a true multi frequency detector that you can also switch to single frequency if you want to hunt specific items.
- The came out with a 6" coil for this that is increditible for hunting in extreme trashy areas. The equinox stock coil goes deeper than my AT pro with my 15" coil.
- Was able to pair via Bluetooth with my AYL headphones, no latency noticed. Headphones that come with the 600 are uncomfortable after just a few minutes.
- They are wireless.Love the freedom you get with no cable to detector.
- There are plenty of reviews on youtube saying how great this thing is...and I agree. It makes my tesoro umax seem like an antique. However, I did want to let yall know that the headphones are not comfortable in the least, to my ears anyway.
- The screen is easy to read and the backlight is just amazing. I see more night hunts in my future with this machine.
- Very clear "dig" tones, great weight and balance, and easy to use for an absolute beginner getting back into the hobby after a ten year hiatus. I'm really glad I did my research before buying a new metal detector.
- I do love the Nox's huge screen though. I do suggest watching you tube videos on the machine before buying. I am very happy with my purchase. I will never buy a single frequency detector again.
- Steep learning curve and the sounds are completely different than my Excalibur 2. Time will tell
- Shaft wobble, no audio cable for head phones thats all minor. Machine is awesome!
