- The external drive has decent write speeds and is more quiet than I would have expected. I am able to rip most Blu-ray movies in under an hour.
- I like this drive overall. It is a good replacement for the Apple superdrive and it actually reads a slightly scratched disk that my wife needs as a key for some software she owns that the Apple superdrive refuses to read.
