- It seems intuitive, but make sure you have an electric plug (water safe) within 4 feet of the toilet. The installation is supposed to be easy to DIY but this was not our case. FORGET the directions that come with the seat.
- Bidet pressure, dryer, bowl wetting (so no stain on bowl) and seat warmer work like a charm
- The water connection on this Toto washlet is NOT designed for connection to standard US fill valves (where a tapered washer is hand threaded onto the bottom connection of the fill valve).
- Water tank is very small and warm water does not last very long
- The hot water tank is very small, you easily run out of hot water when you use high pressure in settings.
- This is a tank based bidet - ie, there is a little holding tank within the seat that warms up and dispenses the warm water (not the tank to flush the toilet).
- This one is more sophisticated than my old one, and I'm still getting used to it. What I like most is the programmable features that allow for differences in the desires of two users.
- Great product. I had used similar bidet seats while living in Japan but this we better than the models I had used previously.
- I've installed the item 2 weeks ago. Installation is simple. You need a water supply and an electric outlet. The electric cable is long enough to reach the outlet on either side of the toilet, so it mainly is about aesthetics- you decide where you want the electric cable to be.
- Seat is too small, not elongated like the old style.
- The size of the seat is very small. It may fit an elongated bowl but a large % of the bowl is taken up by the electronics of the seat. Very disappointed.
- The pulsating massage mode feels great when I use it, but unless I have a lot of time I usually stick with the constant stream which does the trick.
- Those who claim this has low pressure, press the button 2nd time to turn off "SOFT" mode, and it will work great.
- The TOTO also offers a cleaning mode where the spray nozzle is extended for easy cleaning.
- Even in Eco mode the seat and water are always warm and ready and we've not run out of warm water.
- Not a fan of the energy saving mode, seat head doesn't work so it is always cold!
- Water flow in normal flow mode is already plenty enough. If power wash is activated, you better contract your sphincter if you don't want to get an internal wash...
- Wash function works as advertised. Although the model I bought is elongated, the "opening" is round, but that's just the nature of the design and should be OK for most human sizes.
- You may have to wait a few minutes in between "washes" for the water in the tank to warm up again.
- If power wash is activated, you better contract your sphincter if you don't want to get an internal wash...
- As others have mentioned, the water pressure is not as strong as other Toto washlets I own.
- Spray wand position is adjustable. Can also set it on oscillate, and it goes back and forth when spraying.
- The remote control works great, and you can adjust just about every aspect of the operations.
- The C200 has a separate remote control but other than that, functionality is the same.
- The remote is great vs. having controls on seat. It may not seem like a big deal, but it's awkward trying to see the controls when you are sitting on them or very close to them.
- The remote must be removed from bracket to change some of the settings (not really a big deal)
- The item is a big step up from B100 with little price increase. Major new features: wireless remote (which is VERY nice) and the dryer function.
- The remote allows to control the position of the wand, so no need to move your butt to get the position right.
- Controls are easy and fully adjustable. Had professional plumber remove old washlet and replace with new. Both models use standard electrical outlet.
- Cleaning excellent! The controls allow the spray to be positioned well.
- The new comfort features such as the warm air dryer, deodorizer and remote control were items that I desired but felt they were priced out of reach, until B200.
- Toilet bowl pre-misting sprays water into the bowl when you sit on it. (you can turn this feature off). The misting is only effective on the back half of the toilet bowl. So, it works ok ish most of the time.
- The seat itself is wide and the opening is a good size. Compare this to other brands where the seat feels different than a traditional toilet seat and TOTO is way ahead here.
- The deoterizer fan is annoying. We turned it off and this is not a really useful feature
- The deodorizer I didn’t really care much about either, but again, I learned just how great it was - no smell!!
- The one feature that I turned off was the automatic air deodorizer. Otherwise, it's very noisy with the fan running during the entire time seated and for a short period thereafter.
- The deodorizer feature is a nice bonus, but can be turned off if desired.
- Deodorizing excellent! This was a surprise. How do they accomplish this?
- I love the heated seat and energy saver mode. The water temperate and pressure can be adjusted. There is a blow dryer but it takes a while to dry... It was easy to install. Had for a month now and it works great.
- Besides the main functions of the wash and cleaning, Deodorized function better than a bathroom exhaust fan, but much less noise.
- Not impressed. I have this and Brondell S1000 both elongated. The Brondell is superior in ease of installation and it's ability to perform. The Brondell cleans better and is easier to install. I may have to sent this thing back.
