- Excellent bidet that was easy to install and use. Cleans well but the dryer fan takes a bit long. Still we use much less paper than prior.
- The water connection was easy, too. I turned off the water at the valve and flushed the toilet and let the water run out while holding the handle.
- These electronic bidets are common in Asian countries like S. Korea and Japan. TOTO brand costs more than other brands, but it's an established brand that's been proven in the market place.
- Once that bidet was removed the Toto was very easily and quickly installed. Almost no tools were required except for a screw driver to secure the seat hold down bracket to the toilet. The Toto Washlet then snapped onto the bracket easily.
- First bidet seat, really like it! But the round shape toilet is really small with this lol. I’m 5’4” 120lbs and my husband is 6’ 190lbs and we are fine, but it is quite small.
- It seems intuitive, but make sure you have an electric plug (water safe) within 4 feet of the toilet. The installation is supposed to be easy to DIY but this was not our case. FORGET the directions that come with the seat.
- Bidet pressure, dryer, bowl wetting (so no stain on bowl) and seat warmer work like a charm
- The water connection on this Toto washlet is NOT designed for connection to standard US fill valves (where a tapered washer is hand threaded onto the bottom connection of the fill valve).
- Water tank is very small and warm water does not last very long
- The hot water tank is very small, you easily run out of hot water when you use high pressure in settings.
- Two mode rear wash (think pump spray bottle mist vs spray), Feminine wash, both wash styles can be oscillating for easier cleaning, air drier, heated seat, pre mist of bowl, and deodorizer.
- The water pressure coming out of the new washlet is lower than the old washlet, even with the full pressure setting. My wife says the pressure is a little higher in oscillation mode, but I'm not so sure. It does make a world of difference and we're both disappointed.
- Just pay attention to where you feel the water hitting and hit every spot. It has an "oscillating" mode that runs the water forward and back, but it's up to you to move it side to side a bit.
- I don't see a need to cover every feature since they can be read in the product spec, but I feel it is important to mention that this unit comes with two types of rear washes.
- It senses when you sit down, has the "front wash" option for ladies, heated seat, two settings for rear, with position and pressure adjustment, a dryer, and temperature adjustment for the dryer, seat, and spray.
- The pulsating massage mode feels great when I use it, but unless I have a lot of time I usually stick with the constant stream which does the trick.
- Those who claim this has low pressure, press the button 2nd time to turn off "SOFT" mode, and it will work great.
- The TOTO also offers a cleaning mode where the spray nozzle is extended for easy cleaning.
- Even in Eco mode the seat and water are always warm and ready and we've not run out of warm water.
- Not a fan of the energy saving mode, seat head doesn't work so it is always cold!
- A well responding attached control panel is an advantage for us comparing to a remote.
- It has all the features than one need plus the controls are on the seat so no need to worry about lost/ misplaced remote.
- The C100 is the best model at this time that has the controls attached, and we didn't want something we could lose or to have to worry about batteries at the most inconvenient time.
- I like the the controls on the side of the toilet so I don't have to bother attaching it to the wall.
- No buttons to control the deodorizer or pre mist features.
- Spray wand position is adjustable. Can also set it on oscillate, and it goes back and forth when spraying.
- The remote control works great, and you can adjust just about every aspect of the operations.
- The C200 has a separate remote control but other than that, functionality is the same.
- The remote is great vs. having controls on seat. It may not seem like a big deal, but it's awkward trying to see the controls when you are sitting on them or very close to them.
- The remote must be removed from bracket to change some of the settings (not really a big deal)
- The heated seat operation was also a disappointment. It's still warm around here, so I tried the "low" mode first, and it feels as if the heater is completely off.
- Overall, this is a great unit. You get all the main features, warm water, multiple cleaning options, heated seat, adjustable water pressure, wand position, seat and dryer temperature.
- This model has all the needed features and fancy gizmos
- Also the heated seat and oscillating feature of the spray are very nice.
- The features on this are great. Not sure if I need any more. Premist, Deodorizer, Dryer, Heated Seat.
- Toilet bowl pre-misting sprays water into the bowl when you sit on it. (you can turn this feature off). The misting is only effective on the back half of the toilet bowl. So, it works ok ish most of the time.
- The seat itself is wide and the opening is a good size. Compare this to other brands where the seat feels different than a traditional toilet seat and TOTO is way ahead here.
- The deoterizer fan is annoying. We turned it off and this is not a really useful feature
- The deodorizer I didn’t really care much about either, but again, I learned just how great it was - no smell!!
- The one feature that I turned off was the automatic air deodorizer. Otherwise, it's very noisy with the fan running during the entire time seated and for a short period thereafter.
