- This is probably the single greatest investment I've made in my bathroom. You still use a little TP, but it's just to dry yourself and make sure you didn't miss a spot.
- This thing really comes into its own during nastier, messier dumps. The water just scrubs it all away. The first time I went to wipe after one of these punishers I was in shock, I couldn't believe my eyes. The TP was all still white!
- The Brondell product works very well. First, installation was easy. I've read where some said the T valve was not the right size.
- Only slightly annoying thing is it sprays the nozzles clean every time you sit down...a bit noisy.
- It's a very basic seat compared to other heated bidet seats. And, it is very small. I mean SMALL. I'm 200 pounds and in decent shape and I barely fit on the seat.
- Very easy to install, basically an electrical outlet. Be sure to get the elongated size.
- Swash has separate stainless steel wands for each nozzle. Stainless steel is generally accepted as being more hygienic and resistant to bacteria than plastic, and the separate wand for front and back wash also seems more hygienic.
- The stainless nozzles are a big plus as well. The remote is more user friendly in my opinion, along with having a magnetic mounting bracket option. Not to mention that the Brondell is a bit less expensive. A great product overall, and I prefer the Brondell over the Toto.
- The negative is that the "female's nozzle" does not extend far enough forward to wash the front area. This really is just for the back.
- I loved this for the short period of time it worked properly. Then the rear nozzle stopped extending fully. No problem, use the front and shift a little. Until it stopped extending. I got down there and saw that minerals from our hard water had accumulated on the nozzles.
- It also has a front wash, though I'm a dude so I don't have any firsthand experience with it. According to a reliable lady I know, it's a good way to feel cleaner during shark week.
- My wife who is the primary user is happy with the washing features.
- It works as advertised, actually better than I thought, though I wish the manual would describe what the Eco Mode setting is.
- It as just as advertised, comfortable, easy to use, effective. i wold agree with all the 5 star reviews.
- The "wash" concept is great but the "wet" feeling isn't. Still have to wipe, to dry. Maybe next time we will invest in the higher priced seat with the dryer.
- Two separate nozzles for front and rear washing (Toto doesn't have this). Strong spray but you can go softer too.
- This does everything you can imagine and more. Temperature controlled, move water jet to where you need it, deodorize, you name it.
- I love that you can move the nozzle all around so it's hitting the right spot (male or female). It's amazing.
- The "front" cleanse for women is like an assault on such delicate flesh. I simply cannot use this feature, even at the lowest setting.
- Even with adjustable nozzle, frontal wash doesn't reach as far as it could so you need to scoot back to make it work.
- Drier sits off to side - doesn't dry even on hottest setting. You would need a drier nozzle like the sprayer nozzle for adequate drying to take place.
- The buttons are clearly labeled and simple to understand. Operation is quiet.
- The remote stays in place with a built-in magnet.
- I also like the simplicity of the control, and the fact that the control latches on magnetically to it's wall mount.
- I have never figured out why one would want a remote control for a product on which you are sitting. I much prefer to have the controls attached to the seat as the earlier models were designed to have.
- Remote control: very nice to have! You don’t have to twist and turn trying to reach for the controls. The holder is mounted near the toilet paper holder. Very convenient.
- Water temperature is good, there is a second of room temperature water when you start but i've experienced that on other bidets.
- Gets you very clean, all temperatures are adjustable (heated seat, water), nozzles are adjustable forward and back and also oscillate, wide or narrow spray, it drys, remote control, took about 45 minutes to install with clear directions.
- Adjustable pressure and width of spray. The up and down auto movement bidet function.
- Water pressure, even on the highest setting is too weak for me. I've experienced Toto and their water pressure in the medium range was stronger than Swash at its highest.
- Dryer takes too long (keep a dry wash cloth or hand towel nearby to finish up)
- This is a nice Bidet. However, the water pressure was not adequate for my needs. My only issue was the water pressure.
- It has nice adjustments for temperature of the seat and the water, and for the force of the wash water. I also like the simplicity of the control, and the fact that the control latches on magnetically to it's wall mount.
- The heated seat is a bonus! The water heater has 3 settings (or can be left off) and I'm using the middle setting.
- This Brondell bidet doesn't have the dryer function or as many adjustments as we had on our Toto, but the main functions of heated seat and warm water pressure washing work great.
- The warm seat is fantastic and the warm wash is nice. Very effective.
- The wash time is short and the seat is definitely not hot - but better than a cold one.
- Decent price for what is definitely a high-end unit, nozzle adjustments (forward/back), continuous warm water (never turns cooler), and a lid that you can sit on (most bidets don't have this).
- Effective wand sterilizer and deodorizes well.
- Can take heavier weight folks (more weight than Toto).
- The constant hot water is nive and the seat warmer is as well. The two nozzles are nice the remote is comfy to hold.
- Oscillating water nozzle (Move button) needs to have more back and forth range. You will end up shifting around on the seat anyway.
