- Very good bidet alternative! I am a big guy and had to get used to the seat itself, took a few days. I prefer the "regular" seat, but this contoured seat is ok.
- The bidet has now been working flawlessly for several months. Zero regrets in buying this product.
- This isn’t the most top-of the line washlet, by we still love it! It was very easy for me to install with minimal tools. Just be aware of the shape of the seat.
- Easy install. Works great. Seat a bit smaller that others I've used.
- The toilet is elongated so it should be perfect but it's placement is not as comfortable as others I have had.
- It seems intuitive, but make sure you have an electric plug (water safe) within 4 feet of the toilet. The installation is supposed to be easy to DIY but this was not our case. FORGET the directions that come with the seat.
- Bidet pressure, dryer, bowl wetting (so no stain on bowl) and seat warmer work like a charm
- The water connection on this Toto washlet is NOT designed for connection to standard US fill valves (where a tapered washer is hand threaded onto the bottom connection of the fill valve).
- Water tank is very small and warm water does not last very long
- The hot water tank is very small, you easily run out of hot water when you use high pressure in settings.
- If you do not need air blow just use the rear spray and front spray this is a 5 star item.
- Perhaps other people will have better experiences, but this machine is an expensive way to complicate your morning routine.
- I really like this product but the hinges that attach the seat is not strong at all. It shifts after a while. The seat actually bucked me off and I spent the next six weeks in a splint.
- The original washlet I bought 4 years ago was so good I ordered 2 of these which do not have the hot air dryer and the water flow is narrower and obliques.
- The pulsating massage mode feels great when I use it, but unless I have a lot of time I usually stick with the constant stream which does the trick.
- Those who claim this has low pressure, press the button 2nd time to turn off "SOFT" mode, and it will work great.
- The TOTO also offers a cleaning mode where the spray nozzle is extended for easy cleaning.
- Even in Eco mode the seat and water are always warm and ready and we've not run out of warm water.
- Not a fan of the energy saving mode, seat head doesn't work so it is always cold!
- This unit was very reasonably priced for a Toto. Prefer the style of the older remote control with the LCD screen in the front.
- Spray wand position is adjustable. Can also set it on oscillate, and it goes back and forth when spraying.
- The remote control works great, and you can adjust just about every aspect of the operations.
- The C200 has a separate remote control but other than that, functionality is the same.
- The remote is great vs. having controls on seat. It may not seem like a big deal, but it's awkward trying to see the controls when you are sitting on them or very close to them.
- The remote must be removed from bracket to change some of the settings (not really a big deal)
- The heated seat is worth the price...and the warm water feels so good.
- We love the heated seat and the personalized wash is a terrific feature. We didn’t get the lighted bowl or prewash features. T
- The temperature of water and seats can be adjusted. The strenght of water is adjustable by the remote and it can pulsate or oscillate.
- We love the heated seat, warm water and adjustable water features.
- Features are awesome, easy to install use it everyday. Only negative is the water temp of the washing mechanism does drops after about 3 minutes of use.
- Toilet bowl pre-misting sprays water into the bowl when you sit on it. (you can turn this feature off). The misting is only effective on the back half of the toilet bowl. So, it works ok ish most of the time.
- The seat itself is wide and the opening is a good size. Compare this to other brands where the seat feels different than a traditional toilet seat and TOTO is way ahead here.
- The deoterizer fan is annoying. We turned it off and this is not a really useful feature
- The deodorizer I didn’t really care much about either, but again, I learned just how great it was - no smell!!
- The one feature that I turned off was the automatic air deodorizer. Otherwise, it's very noisy with the fan running during the entire time seated and for a short period thereafter.
