These speakers are amazing! I was upgrading from Samson MediaOne M30 speakers and I thought those were good speakers. Boy was I wrong. These speakers completely blow those out.
Sounds very decent for budget speakers I would recommend these as entry level speakers.
I love how when you turn them way up the woofers thump and move and look so cool!
I've got to say these speakers sound awesome. I think as far as depth of sound and imaging I like them better than the promedia's.
It sounds like I'm at the club when I put on a techno track or a progressive house track it doesn't even matter the sound is really really good.

Great sounding monitors for the price. These r80's take it up to a new level of accuracy though. I can hear little artifacts in my recordings that i didn't hear before.
The stereo image is very lifelike. I can pinpoint any sound in the space with tape measure precision.
I produce electronic and I was deciding between PreSOnus R80 and the KRK 8 inch, really glad I went with these.
These are extremely revealing, and had clearly played details that were not coming out of the JBLS.
This speaker has excellent woofer and tweeter that produce crisp and clear sound.

Awesome small DJ speakers for a room or apartment.
Super nice speaker for the room or inside and for the sprice and size impresive.
Nice speakers . Not too big. But a big sound. Highly recommend for small-medium rooms.
These speakers pack a punch for the price and size. I use them in a 15x15 ft room and they sound great.
It is much smaller than I expected honestly, not a bad thing though.

They produce clean and incredible full range sound, they amaze me for their size. The size is excellent not very large and not very small.
I like the design, not too heavy just the right size. I highly recommend this speaker.
I just give bonus points cuz they look compact and cool for their money.
One of the best features are the convenient size, light weight, and the acoustic tuning.
Keep in mid these things are huge and will have idol static if you don't use balanced cables.

I was pleasantly surprised by these speakers, I wasn't sure what to expect. The frequency range it quotes is accurate and the monitors are powerful. I have an iMac and the sound output is amazing.
The highs and mids are god-like for this size and the bass, although only going as low as 70hz, is more than enough for levelling and mixing ( bass is punchy and loud for my liking).
These speakers are incredible for the price it's a win-win the sound quality is perfect or should I say phenomenal for the size of the speakers!
I enjoy Pioneer audio equipment. Just need to find a sub to pair with it.
Very clear across all frequencies with a slight bass bump, but not muddy by any means.

Great ribbon HF driver. Versatile EQ options. R80 plays loud without getting flustered.
Well defined mids and solid lows (not boomy or muddy).
They’re comfortable to listen to, and they have a smooth sound and an even frequency response.
Detailed, non-fatiguing high end from AMT tweeters.
One of the things that really impressed me was how smooth the R80’s response was. The transitions between low, mid, and high frequencies were seamless, and everything sounded very natural.

You can easily attach a Bluetooth receiver to the DM-40 and have a really nice indoor Bluetooth setup should you choose to go that route.
These are great DJ monitors. I got rid of my ROKIT Krk 5s and got these to match my Pioneer CDJs. Looks very sharp.
I get the feeling that the headphone jack on the monitors is of low quality, my headphones sounded very muffled coming out of the monitor.
The only reason this getsone star from me is because it keeps cutting out and it does it frequently straight out of the box.
There is virtually no natural bottom end, which bothers me. Instead of returning will put them to use use them as t.v. speakers.

So warm, so wide and the tweeters are unlike anything I've heard before.
The monitors look very nice, and they are very straightforward when it comes to hooking up the included cords.
These speakers builted better and have more solid materials for the speaker itself.
It’s very convenient that pretty plentiful EQ options for room compensation.
High-pass filter is included so that I can adjust the low end to the crossover frequency of a subwoofer if you add one to the system.
