- Good range and fast speeds. This router replaced a Netgear N750 and the coverage area is much better. No complaint so far.
- The speed and range of this router is unreal. I have a great signal all the way thru my house and no lags. Definitely worth the money.
- A huge upgrade for me. Reliable and great wifi speed I do recommend this to anyone thinking of getting this!
- Nice speed and good signal strength. Solid unit with a lot of options.
- I purchased this router to replace my old netgear N router and was pleased with the speed increase as well as the ease to configure however the range was no better than my old N router that had only internal antennas
- Range was good but the speed was slow and kept cutting off
- The NetGear Nighthawk AC 1750 has done a good job of keeping the internet up to speed in my ranch style house.
- Wifi has not dropped since purchasing Netgear AC 1750. Great product..
- I'm happy I bought Netgear Nighthawk AC 1750 Router. This one gives me 40 Mbps on 2.4 Ghz and 55 Mbps on 5 Ghz. Great Wifi router with awesome in home coverage. I would highly recommend this Wifi Router if you are looking for peace of mind and awesome coverage.
- This Nighthawk AC 1750 has greatly increased my range to about 20 yards outside my apartment in all directions. It is fantastic.
- Bought the 1750 and the coverage was horrible.
- The AC 1750 worked perfectly for about a year… Now constantly disconnects… Reboots every time a device is connected ... drops off consistently.
- Was easy to setup and the antennas help to improve coverage in other areas.
- Not bad for the price. Like the fact that it has 3 adjustable antenna.
- Needed this router for my son's apartment to setup wireless network. Was easy and simple providing great security and connection.
- I found the router easy to install and I am very pleased with the speed. We have half a dozen devices on the network and they all perform very well.
- This works fine IF you are setting it up as the only router on your network. The configuration is not straightforward if this is an access point downstream of your main internet router. I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service, and never could get it straightened out.
- Still cannot run additional smart tv wirelessly even with an additional purchase of a range extender
- The administration is easier and can be managed with the app. So overall I am pleased with the AC1750.
- I have always had good luck with Netgear so why not give them another try. Glad I did. I have not had any problems with video streaming ever since and is has been over a month.
- The Netgear AC1750 Router works well with an older Century Link Modem as well as a new one. I had the Century Link tech install a new Century Link Modem withe the Netgear AC 1750. It works great.
- I'm also happy that if I need to, I can connect my old WNDR to the Nighthawk and set it up as an access point if I ever need to do that.
- Great product, it is silent, has so many functions to choose from, and it hasn't failed me so far. I have been having the nighthawk Ac 1750 for about 4 months already and it has been great having it.
- Nighthawk series routers are some of the top tier routers on the market today, this router offers the security net gear provides as well as the speed of nighthawk
- Router supplied by Suddenlink would not allow recognition of security cameras without an open security mode, which is not acceptable. NetGear router allowed recognition of security cameras with security mode intact. Allows saving on Suddenlink monthly rental fee also.
- Router good for streaming, and fairly easy to set up security systems online
- Easy to install after I read the directions. Strength is great and was easy to setup the secure connection network at my home.
- Excellent performance, but possible security issue
- I also like the "Access Control" feature so that you have to permit a device to connect to your wi-fi.
- It has all the usual security features. It has an app called Netgear Genie, that lets me monitor everything on my wifi network from my phone or any device with Genie installed. I can even boot devices off the network.
- I had the same modem and router for over 10 years, so it was time to upgrade. I also wanted to increase network security, and this router got good reviews from Kim Komando.
- The wireless security is okay being able to use WPA2 however, there is no built in firewall. I would like to be able to block ingress and egress but the security is limited. You can block some sites or addresses but not very advanced.
- This was a nightmare. Finally called the netgear tech which sent me to another tech two hours later . Only to find out after that Kaspersky internet security software is not compatible with this modem . So they suggested I delete Kaspersky and install AGI internet security.
