- The NetGear Nighthawk AC 1750 has done a good job of keeping the internet up to speed in my ranch style house.
- Wifi has not dropped since purchasing Netgear AC 1750. Great product..
- I'm happy I bought Netgear Nighthawk AC 1750 Router. This one gives me 40 Mbps on 2.4 Ghz and 55 Mbps on 5 Ghz. Great Wifi router with awesome in home coverage. I would highly recommend this Wifi Router if you are looking for peace of mind and awesome coverage.
- This Nighthawk AC 1750 has greatly increased my range to about 20 yards outside my apartment in all directions. It is fantastic.
- Bought the 1750 and the coverage was horrible.
- The AC 1750 worked perfectly for about a year… Now constantly disconnects… Reboots every time a device is connected ... drops off consistently.
- I purchased this well over a month ago, so I can happily report that I have had zero issues since installation and my speed has increased twofold.
- Upgraded from a TP-Link and this one doesn't need the constant resetting the other one needed. Super fast speeds and I don't get a slowdown when one device is streaming Netflix and the other is playing PS4.
- We have great speed and extraordinary signal. Upgrading our electronics meant we needed to upgrade our connectivity too. This product handles everything we need.
- The range on this unit is fantastic. I placed it on my first floor and I remain connected to the WIFI even when I go outside and cut my grass. I also like that it offers multiple bands.
- I was looking to upgrade from my Netgear N600 router. The salesguy at the store talked me into buying the Nighthawk AC1900 model above. The internet speeds on my main computer dropped considerably when I hooked to new router up. (From average 35-45 mbps to rarely more than 10).
- When I first got it it was amazing. Range was sweet, speed awesome and there was no complaints. Now I loose signal, I have to tell the family to turn all wifi off on phones or computers to play my PS3 or PS4 so I don't loose connection.
- The administration is easier and can be managed with the app. So overall I am pleased with the AC1750.
- I have always had good luck with Netgear so why not give them another try. Glad I did. I have not had any problems with video streaming ever since and is has been over a month.
- The Netgear AC1750 Router works well with an older Century Link Modem as well as a new one. I had the Century Link tech install a new Century Link Modem withe the Netgear AC 1750. It works great.
- I'm also happy that if I need to, I can connect my old WNDR to the Nighthawk and set it up as an access point if I ever need to do that.
- Great product, it is silent, has so many functions to choose from, and it hasn't failed me so far. I have been having the nighthawk Ac 1750 for about 4 months already and it has been great having it.
- We've been using all the att equipment and it sucks!! Since we purchased this router our phones and computers have ran so much better!!
- This router is absolutely perfect. We have many devices going in this home and we have always seemed to have to competernal for signal as we live in a crowded wifi world. This router took very little effort to setup.
- The new AC unit is providing speeds 5 times what my old router could provide. I now am getting speeds on my wifi network in the range of 165 MBPS compared to 25 MBPS from my Apple router.
- Pinches devices to ultra low speeds when more than six are attached and doesn't let you select which. Called support and got nowhere.
- Works fine for computer, etc. but the Dish Network could not find the router, thus no Netflix, etc. Probably OK with other networks, don't know.
- I also like the "Access Control" feature so that you have to permit a device to connect to your wi-fi.
- It has all the usual security features. It has an app called Netgear Genie, that lets me monitor everything on my wifi network from my phone or any device with Genie installed. I can even boot devices off the network.
- I had the same modem and router for over 10 years, so it was time to upgrade. I also wanted to increase network security, and this router got good reviews from Kim Komando.
- The wireless security is okay being able to use WPA2 however, there is no built in firewall. I would like to be able to block ingress and egress but the security is limited. You can block some sites or addresses but not very advanced.
- This was a nightmare. Finally called the netgear tech which sent me to another tech two hours later . Only to find out after that Kaspersky internet security software is not compatible with this modem . So they suggested I delete Kaspersky and install AGI internet security.
- Great Network Monitoring and Security my focus was on connectivity and security monitoring at a reasonable price - was easy to setup, Administration, Recovery, and provides port for network shared USB devise printer or drive
- I bought this product for the security features and it being able to handle the wireless devices in my home and it has not disappointed!
- I should have asked, but assumed it would be backward compatible for various WAP security protocols. I learned after buying that it won't easily handle older security methods, and WinXP does not easily support the newer ones.
- Make my network secure, and the quality of signals are enhanced. Good product
- Product works good covers home easy to set up, programming was easy. I feel secure with password protection. I would reccomend to others
- You can not enable HTTPS access to the administration pages, so you are sending the username and password in plain text!!! There is no SSH acces for administration, so it can not be secured that way!!!!
