- We first got a Deebot, it was terrible, returned it, and picked up this D3 Pro. Note: The Pro version comes with better filters, a filter comb/brush thing, and a little strip that can mark off boundaries.
- Keeps floors clean and lets you know once it is done.
- Very good remote vacuum. Love that I come home and the floors are done
- We originally bought this for fun thinking it would work ok and we'd still have to vacuum but it vacuums the entire house for us 3 times a week while we're at work and it does a great job.
- The other issue I have with the Neato D3 is that they ship the robot with a WORTHLESS air filter.
- The filter is terrible on this model, it get dust imbedded on the filter which you cannot get off, I tried with a soft tooth brush, but no luck.
- I have no issues. It has its low maintenance with cleaning it up but apart from that, I cannot complain.
- Works well going across different surfaces (hard wood to rugs)
- The vacuum ran for about almost a hour and half before heading back to its charging station. After charging it automatically finished the rest of the house. It even went over several times, areas of the carpet that get heavy use.
- This vacuum is a dream, I run it every day, sometimes every other day. We named her Rosie (the robot maid from the Jetsons) and she is like having a live in maid.
- The vacuum picks up all animal hair and dirt. Would recommend this vacuum to everyone. Buy extra filters to be changed as needed.
- Easy setup and continues to stay connected to the application, has always cleaned when it was scheduled
- I love this robotic vacuum. It’s so easy to use and I love the phone app!
- Memorizes your house so be sure to have everything picked up, doors shut for rooms you don’t want it to go in. Then off to the races!
- It scans the room and knows where it is unless you move it. Stops when battery is low and charges to finish cleaning no matter how big the house.
- The app is a little bare, I would really like to see some extra information in the white spaces (I really don't like that I have to click on the battery to see the percentage; there is plenty of space to always have it visible)
- Functionally I think it compares to the current high-end Roomba with the exception that this model Neato is NOT wifi connected/ app controlled. All that said, we're happy with our purchase and having a slightly lighter workload!
- Very good vacuum and easy to move room to room, use and clean.
- The D shape makes it superior. Give it a good amount of room and make sure that you pick up curtains and wires. It is that good.
- I Love this robotic vacuum! It is fascinating to watch as it maps the room and then goes to work covering every inch! It picks up everything.
- It does a great job scanning the room and making sure all spots are hit.
- Dust bin is easy to clean (especially with the upgraded filters, they have a screen to keep hair and big debris off the filter)
- I really like the map feature that shows where it has cleaned. So far it has worked great!
- And not to forget that I like the spot clean feature and the texts telling me the status and link with cleaning map.
- This is the only affordable model that has the actual laser intelligent mapping features to vacuum a large floor plan.
- Cleans closer to edges of walls (due to its side wall sensor)
- Does a nice job finding its way around thanks to the laser mapping technology
- Is relatively quiet (everyone says the old Neato was very noisy but this is not at all bad although I am not sure I would run it in the middle of the night since it is, after all, a vacuum)
- Love the larger dust bin & it is much quieter than earlier models.
- Really like the new side brush. The bigger dirt bin and filter are also a welcomed addition to the product.
- The one major issue was the dust bin not "latching" after about 3 months. It became basically unusable.
