This is one of the few big appliances that I have bought where pretty much everything just worked. Assembly was surprisingly painless and pretty straightforward
I honesty didn't know garage door openers could be so quiet! Pretty easy to install, especially if you're just swapping out an old one like I did.
There is quite a bit of deflection when lifting the door. My door is an insulated 16'x7' and is heavy, the opener has plenty of power, just some deflection in the track.
One of the best upgrades I have done to my house. Installation was easy connecting to WiFi was easy and the loudest thing I hear is the garage door in the tracks Such an upgrade over my old chain drive.
This is the best garage opener ever! Maybe it’s sad that I’m so excited about a garage door opener, but I can’t help it: It’s super quiet—my dogs can’t even hear it opening from within the house.

At the end of the day, if this thing opened my door quickly and quietly, I would not care anything about the HP rating of the motor. But this unit is not (at least in my view) either quick or quiet, and it certainly does not have a motor that's "similar" to 1.25 or 1 1/4 horsepower.
People had claimed that this garage door opener was slow. I have not found that to be the case. It is just as fast, or slightly slower than the Genie screwdrive that I had previous to this. I
All in all, I am extremely satisfied with this garage door opener, and would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone else looking for a quality product.
If you're looking for a garage door opener, stop searching and just buy this one!

All in all, this is a fantastic product, but I have to dock a point for that absurd decision to put some features behind a subscription. I consider IFTTT and Google Assistant support a basic necessity at this point, not a premium feature that you can charge for.
A little tricky to get installed, but works great, has a ton off features and power. If there is anything I'd change I'd add a bracket option for the middle of the track to attach it to the ceiling.
It’s super quiet—my dogs can’t even hear it opening from within the house. It’s WiFi feature is awesome. It’s super easy to program remotes from the opener button (which by the way also shows the temperature).
It is extremely quiet and comes with a number of nice features and accessories (e.g., the external keypad control, two vehicle remotes (pre-configured to work with opener - no training needed), and a wired garage door remote).
The B970 is a very strong unit that is feature packed. Contains 2 Remotes, and can be programmed in your car if you have Homelink Compatibility.

One feature which we have not used yet is the automatic door closing timer. While I initially though I would use this feature to alleviate any fears about the garage door being left open, I have found that the app works wonderfully for this reason.
Motion sensor for lights. The wall units have built-in motion sensors that turn on the lights when you walk by. Not a massive thing, but this is a feature my old units didn't have, and it's actually very useful.
One feature that my wife really loves is the motion sensing light feature. She hated pulling into a dark garage, and as such we had mounted LED night lights around the garage to illuminate any potential tripping hazards.
The features are just fantastic, it is silent (recommend upgrading the garage door rollers for smoother ride), has all the possible bells and whistles and integrates well with a home automation system.
The app is awesome. I have it set to auto close at 10pm no matter what. Another cool feature is let's say your 2-3 minutes from the house and you open the garage door.

The indoor control panel is nice, it shows the temperature, time, and backup battery status, and its motion sensor triggers the lights.
The interior wall control panel has got all kinds of nifty settings on it - I couldn't even begin to get into it for you. Very powerful motor. Makes opening the garage door look and sound effortless.
The garage door opener is SMART too. It connects directly to my Wifi and can be controller with my iPhone from anywhere in the world.
One thing that has two faces is the remote signal. The remote signal on this system is not compatible with some old cars, which is inconvenient but presumably more secure.
I do have LED security lights on my garage and these don't cause any problem.
The device cannot be controlled and maintained with you other smart devices in Google Home, you will see a list of all your smart lights, smart switches, thermostats, smart TVs, *but not your garage door opener*.

The Chamberlain Wi-Fi garage door opener is Wi-Fi enabled garage door opener that lets you open and close the garage door from anywhere you have a Wi-Fi, 3G, or 4G LTE connection using the MyQ App. The app is available on Android and iOS devices.
The remote control, and notification features seems to perform very well so far, and this unit is far quieter than my previous screw drive opener. It's actually far quieter than I expected.
Setting the open/close limits was extremely easy, but I wasn't getting the right sensitivity and was failing the final safety test upon closing the door.
The Safety sensors work beautifully and eases my mind now that we have a little one or future pets. It was packaged very well upon arrival. I am very pleased with this product.
Getting all the safety features programmed properly was a breeze as well. Separate instructions are provided for setting up the wireless keypad and it was very simple to set up as well.
