- This was a gift for my wife who loves it. Great quality images. Contains all the features she needs and then some. Ideal camera for the casual photographer who needs great quality images without a steep learning curve.
- The images are good and the focusing is fine. I selected face detection.
- The auto focus was sharp and the images were crisp and clear. The videos were good, with pretty good image stability
- I was very happy with the quality of the images. I especially liked the macro photos.
- The image quality is very poor and photo results are inconsistent. In low light situations it seems the camera over compensates, resulting in colors that are washed out.
- When you zoom in & your hand naturally shakes, the shot goes off before the image is in focus. the autofocus is really slow & you miss shots or it comes out blurred.
- With its 1" sensor, the Canon G9X takes photos of the best image quality possible for anything in its size class.
- A portable and solid camera that gives away high image quality.....the best pocket camera I have had. The only weakness is it should have a F1.8-2.8 lens.
- Better image quality than a smart phone, tons of flexibility and it fits in my shirt pocket.
- Image quality is high, with the 1 inch sensor. Digital noise is low through ISO 800. Focus is fairly speedy, especially in good light, to catch kids and pets.
- Some of my pictures were out of focus and I couldn't justify spending 400+tax for something that is not much better than smartphone camera. (Except night shoots)

- Like the 'flip' LCD screen for selfies and taking 'crowd' shots or use like periscope.
- The LCD screen has very good resolution and works in all but the brightest situations.
- The A900 interested me because of the articulating screen, which is a great feature.
- The wide angle is very good. Love the moveable screen on the back.
- Touch screen capabilities are good, fast shutter speed and does well In low light conditions.
- I like the use of the touch screen, I like the settings options. Seemed very user friendly.
- Handling: the touch display is really well done (finally Canon!).
- Sorta superfluous with the touch-screen, but I appreciate the tactile quality and like the looks.
- The camera does not have a viewfinder or articulating screen which would have been an asset. I have had no trouble seeing the screen in bright sunlight and have also taken selfies as well.
- It has a self timer as well as all the various auto and manual modes. Nice.
- Look at the zoom and the detail and sharpness!! Never seen anything like this--- AWESOME! Oh, and the zoom is held without tripod.
- The best feature of all is to be able to send the photos directly to your iPhone right after taking the pictures on the camera. I had no issue setting up SnapBridge.
- The different settings work well; programmable options work as promised, and the scene settings have been very useful.
- Only shortcoming is no optical viewfinder.
- Better image quality than a smart phone, tons of flexibility and it fits in my shirt pocket. Nice overall design, too. Not inexpensive, but worth the price.
- This is a great camera that fits in any pocket. It has advanced features like shutter and aperture priority.
- Perfect compact camera with many advanced features. Easy to use.
- The camera has many features to make every picture unique. It is lightweight and small so easy to carry and handle.
- This little camera packs alot, will zoom 30x, and takes great pictures with many options. Have not used that much yet, but can't wait to take more.
- I really like the Snapbridge ap to get the pictures from the camera to the phone.
- The A900 has WiFi and Bluetooth capability and, after downloading the free Nikon app, I can set my A900 to send my images to my iPhone.
- The SnapBridge works transferring to my Samsung tablet but it's a bit unpredictable and easier just to copy images to the computer.
- The WI FI/ GPS? It does not work with the IOS platform. Nikon knows this but nothing has been done to remedy the situation. Sadly it wastes the battery life.
- I love all the features it has and that it has Wifi
- Best compact camera out there, professional settings and easy to wear around neck, plus the wifi feature is great!
- I wanted something that was newer than the Elph I have, but wanted to stay with a point & shoot with WiFi.
- The ability to transfer photos to other devices via WIFI is a huge plus. So far, I've only transferred them to my iPhone via the Canon Camera Connect Ap, but this pairing is pretty easy to set up and so far, has linked reliably.
- Wireless works great to pair up with Android Canon Connect, remote shooting and file transfer
