- Is very small and comfortable to carry in a cargo pocket.
- Is very light which is a huge consideration when backpacking.
- Small & Light Weight: One of my co-workers tossed the box holding the camera to me and didn’t think there was a camera inside of it.
- Light weight and fits in purse easily.
- The small size is a double edged sword. I'm a fairly big guy so, the miniaturization and light weight comes at the expense of controls that are right at the bleeding edge of what I can tolerate for ergonomics.
- Pocket size makes it easy to transport.
- Really like the small compact size and yet has lots of power for zooming in.
- This is Great size compact and light.. It is a great camera and takes great photos.
- Light weight and clear sharp pictures, a good alternative to larger format cameras.
- Takes great photos, is small and light weight.

- The optical image stabilization is very effective for both still and video photography. Important with a camera this small.
- Fast shipping, video is HD and the image stabilizer is great for the price. The zoom is INCREDIBLY good.
- The pictures have a great quality and the shutter speed is better than most. Still not the fastest shutter speed but admirable and good enough for my vacation photos.
- The flash does more harm than good 99% of the time. I keep it toggled off and only turn it on when I want it for a specific shot.
- Image quality was very poor. This touts itself as being good with low light but it's really no better than the camera on my phone, which is inadequate or I would just use the camera on my phone.
- The photos on this camera are not crisp and clear, and low-light photos are not impressive. The quality of the photos taken on my iPhone 7 is generally better than those from this Canon
- This camera has a great zoom and also captured the swing of the bat without the blur you would normally see.
- The optical zoom and price are what attracted me to this camera and we weren't disappointed. Takes some great pictures.
- This is a super easy little camera to use, takes great photos and has a zoom that is unbelievable.
- I love my camera. Especially the zoom. It is a high powered zoom for such a little camera. Battery lasts long too.
- This camera takes horrible photos. They are lacking crispness and clarity, no matter the settings.

- It's really small and compact, yet has a 3 inch screen which is large enough.
- The first thing I noticed while taking pictures outside is that it is hard to see what you are shooting in the display screen. I tried taking pictures in the shade and direct sun and in both instances I really had to struggle to see.
- The viewing screen is difficult to see outdoors when viewed directly and almost impossible to see at an angle when outdoors.
- The LCD screen of the camera itself is terrible. Nothing looked crisp or clear on screen and colours appeared off even after adjusting various settings.
- One star deduction for the poor view screen image display. Too grainy.
- Like the bigger screen but would like to have a view finder for sunny days.
- Screen better than many in bright sun.
- I don't like it the screen is too small.
- Letting sensors and software control exposure, aperture, shutter speed, and ISO make the controls simple and fast to use.
- Eco mode boosts battery life from 180 to 250 shots. Important when you're in the wilderness for a week.
- Great features allow for creative, high quality photos and the video allows for 1080 HD quality.
- The manual that comes in the box is extremely minimal. A full manual can be downloaded online.
- Battery life was lower than on my previous Canon cameras even when taking non-flash pictures.
- Quite convenient with point and shoot feature of taking pics and making videos.
- Good point and shoot camera! Zoom works great. Small enough to carry.
- The pictures it takes are sharp and the shutter speed is pretty fast!
- The multi shot feature is ok for sport photography but if you are shooting cycling you may need a faster shutter speed.
- Just missing an to use panorama function like my mobile phone.
- WiFi is easy to use and fast. It works great to transfer a few photos to an iPhone so you can share with friends.
- I have been a Canon user for YEARS and you can never go wrong with a point and shoot! It is user friendly and the wifi capabilities is a plus!!!
- I also like how it connects to the wifi and then i can send the pictures over to my phone
- Downloading images to a computer by USB cable in extremely quick using the supplied Camera Window software, and incredibly convenient (if a little slower) using the built in wireless capability of the camera.
- No way to connect camera to the computer via a USB cable. WiFi is nice but it should not be the only way to transfer images and download software for the camera.
- I was delighted that it doesn't require an Internet connection nor an NFC equipped phone.
- The best part you can send pictures over wifi.
- There is no direct way to transfer images to my MacBook Pro. No USB linkage is possible. One has to use the Canon iMage Gateway... which requires an internet wifi connection to be functional.
- It is a USB charger. I tried to use it via my cell phone wall adapter, but it didn't work. I had to charge it via my laptop.
- Camera is okay - was hoping shudder speed was a little faster - very disappointed it did not include the usb chord - seriously?
