- Bluetooth connection - very easy to link and connection lasts for 30+ feet with walls in between.
- Sound quality on other end (hearing my voice) is said to be "very good", with very little background noise (good sound cancellation apparently).
- Excellent battery life. They have been on for 3 straight days with over 15 hours of use and they are still saying Battery Level High.
- Range is not very good. I have tested with my Galaxy S6, iPad and wife's iPhone. Starts cutting out anywhere from 12-15 feet from device.
- Doesn't get as loud as I would like...but maybe that will save my hearing in the long run!
- I wish the noise cancelling was a bit better when making calls.
- Super accurate flat sounding high fidelity sound. Much higher fidelity over the LGs. Audiophiles will love this headset!
- Noise isolation earbuds is fine and prefect fit for me.
- Sound quality is amazing and I love the bass that comes out of these.
- Great headset that provides excellent battery life, listening and noise cancelling, and quality of functionality.
- Anyone that I call or calls me can't understand what I am saying. They say that it sounds like I am far away or in a box. I downloaded the Samsung level app hoping that it would fix my problem but it didnt.
- It is noise cancelling, I like the earphones. Only trouble I have is when the phone rings at the other end, the ring is very quiet. Once the person picks up, the volume is fine.
- Vibrates when you turn on or off, when connection made and if linked to cell phone, when phone rings.
- Love the button controls and the Level app for customization. All buttons work with almost every app I have tried.
- The possibility of connecting to devices at the same time is a great feature.
- Magnetic earpieces that connect together.
- Wraps around my neck just right, no hassle, not uncomfortable.
- The sets of hybrid ear gels are a bit annoying, it's taking a while to get used to it, one of them could be a little smaller to fit other sizes of ears.
- The voice command never worked, it opens a screen where it says "initializing", I hear a sound asking me to wait and it freezes there :(
- Works great with Google voice search. Thank you Samsung for not forcing your customers to use S voice with this headset.
- Magnetic stick together earbuds control events like pause, play, answer and hang up. This is a much cooler feature than I thought it would be.
- The SQ and comfort of these were fine. I wasn't wowed by the overall sound, but they were good enough overall. I liked the extra control of the Level app w/ my S8 phone.
- You can install the Samsung Level app on your phone to control feature of the headset such as notifications, volume monitor, UHQ audio, Sound Alive.
- The design isn't the most comfortable of all. They can become irritating at times. Cable comes un magnetized and the buds dangle after that. Strong magnets, but it doesn't work all the time.
- Quick charging. Took less than 30 minutes to fully charge.
- The battery life on these things is pretty awesome.
- The battery lasts long, for about 3 or 4 days.
- Battery life is good, better than i expected, could probably last the day with moderate to close to heavy use. i use it with my work phone which means a lot of calls and I'm always listening to music.
- No announcement of battery state. My LG would report "high" or "medium" or "low" when I turned it on. Miss that feature.
- Charging takes maybe an hour or so in my experience, and I haven't had to recharge yet after 8 hours or so of use..leading me to believe battey life estimates are accurate.
- Battery life lasts me a work day, 8+ hours, before a recharge.
- Battery life for me is about 10+ hours. Charge time from dead to full is a few hours on average.
- Power connector is a frustration- micro USB - will there be a solution to replace this archaic tech- cant all techies agree on lightening connector.
- Battery alerts would either be Fully charged, almost fully charged, or critically low. - If you keep up with how long it has been since you charged your device, this problem wont be a problem for you.
