- Good sound - certainly good enough for calls and podcasts. Not ideal for music, of course, but it works.
- Good mic - callers never complain about noise.
- Call quality is flawless, which per me should the main feature of a good headset (clear music and other controls are kind of a standard in almost every headset in the market).
- Good external noise reduction. Consistent top quality sound on both ends.
- The audio on my end get distorted some time, but fairly rarely. Maybe once or twice a week.
- Don't expect it to block out lots of loud background noise, but it may block moderate to low background noise.
- Sound quality is great. Noise cancellation is great too.
- The wind and background noise reduction on this earpiece is incredible. I work in an incredibly loud environment and other than the absolute worse situations people can hear me and respond. In fact, they can hear me when I can't hear myself.
- Great earbud, especially for noise cancellation which is what I was looking for. Everyone can hear me even in the most harsh background noises.
- Noise cancellation is aggressive. The fit is troublesome. I have trouble keeping the device in postion.
- Hard to hear on freeway if the caller is quiet or on speakerphone.
- It is quieter than most, but still works well enough for me.
- Simple on/off -- an instant switch (not: hold some multi-function button for 5 seconds or whatever).
- Voice commands are quite useful.
- The MultiUse feature allows you to pair up to 8 devices individually or 2 at the same time. I paired mine to my laptop using an USB bluetooth adapter and it never skips a beat between the two connections.
- When I play a video on the laptop the phone goes silent and vice-versa. It's a great feature that now I can't live without.
- I can not wear this device with the plastic ear hook attachments as it caused great pain and aches in my ear after wearing it for approximately 1-2+ hours.
- No volume or pause controls; use the phone for this (not a big deal for me).
- I don't like the little flap that covers the micro USB port. It will probably break off eventually but that shouldn't be a big deal sisnce most units don't start with a cover anyway.
- Supposedly water and dust resistant. (have not even tried to quickly rinse it under a faucet.)Works in normal relatively quiet environments.
- It has a rugged design, but is light weight and extremely comfortable to wear.
- In the box you receive the headset, 2 wind socks, 2 spare rubber ear pieces, a spare ear clip, and a charging cord.
- The voice quality is great, features and functionalities are great including voice commands to call, redial, answer, reject, texting etc.
- I would give 2 Stars for volume and noise cancellation, but gave it 3 stars because it works for if it's quiet and may be water-resistant.
- NO volume control, too quiet even with phone turned up to max.
- Battery life seems to be about what the 6 hour life claim is.
- Another plus is battery life. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks, but I went 3 days with several calls and it on most of the time and it showed a battery life of 85%.
- Decent battery life of 5-6 hours.
- The battery life is good enough but I find that I wish it had another hour or so.
- When the battery gets below two hours left, callers will sometimes complain that I am breaking up.
- Only minor downside is the battery life could be a little longer.
- Charging time - It says 2 hours but its usally an hour and a half to an hour forty.
- Battery life varies based on talk, media use, or standby. I have no complaints from it.
- Battery life is awesome and charges fast. Quality is good overall, buttons are very easy to use.
- The battery life is short. If used moderately heavy, it will not last an 8 hour work day.
- The battery life is short. If used moderately heavy, it will not last an 8 hour work day. The charging cord is very short.
