- Flip to talk makes answering calls relatively easy. Its Comfortable. Noise canceling works very well while on calls.
- I was quite impressed when I got this. The sound is nice and loud, and can easily hear thru it while driving in the rain. And from me asking the people I have talked with, they say they can hear me well with little background noise while driving.
- Has great clarity, and according to folks on the other end of the conversation, they don't hear static or background noise.
- It does not come with noise canceling including wind. The listener hears everything happening around me. Price should be around less for this device because of its age and productivity.
- Noise canceling does not work for voice commands. The compact nature of this headset makes it more difficult to flip open than the H720.
- The headset is very easy to pair with my AT&T iPhone 4. On my first call to a buddy, he said that the sound was similar to a speaker phone - but we both heard a fair amount of background noise.
- The person on other end of call does not hear any background noise, very clear.
- Best Bluetooth headset ever. I need to order another one to use as a spare. It's comfortable, incoming/outgoing sound is crystal clear. There's no static or background noise.
- Best Bluetooth headset ever. I need to order another one to use as a spare. It's comfortable, incoming/outgoing sound is crystal clear. There's no static or background noise.
- This is the BEST earpiece i've ever owned and they last for years if you take care of it. Mine recently lost a tiny piece of the plastic and still works so i'm looking for a replacement as they are hard to find in the ATT stores.
- The sound quality was ok but if there is any ambient noise e.g. roadnoise while driving, moderate croud noise while in a store/mall you cannot hear clearly.
- Since this model can be left on yet activated and deactivated by flipping the boom it eliminates the pocket dialing problem and the answering quickly problem. This is the main feature that keeps me coming back to this model.
- One of the main "features" is that nothing sticks in your ear with this style headset, it rests very lightly against your ear and is more than loud enough not to need to be plugged into your ear, so for me, very comfortable.
- Volume control on the device allowed me to raise or lower w/o taking my phone off my clip.
- Downloadable voice personalities are fun. Ability to reconfigure multi-function button for volume control or enabling/disabling Noise Assassin is nice.
- I have had issues with voice control but determined it is the Android voice recognition that needs to be fixed, not the earpiece.
- The in-ear feature of that one started to bother me so I searched for this one, not remembering the manufacturing or anything. So I was very pleased and surprised to find this BlueTooth headset. I am completely satisfied with its performance.
- It has all the features I loved about the HX550; I have never accidentally hung up on somebody by trying to adjust things during a call or mashing an off button, and the sound quality is excellent.
- Great product. My wife has smaller ears than I do. And, she has impaired hearing. The control on the volume is excellent. Long lasting and excellent quality!
- Connects everytime, battery lasts forever good volume couldn't ask for a better device as far as Bluetooth is concerned
- These are fabulous bluetooth devices until after awhile they simply fail for no obvious reason.
- The battery life is unreal and can be charged with the Android plug, so if you are that kind of user, you can charge it between phone charges.
- Micro-USB charger makes it very compatible with other device charges
- The charge lasts a long time and it charges back up quickly.
- This is a great headset. It holds its charge quite well and the charge also lasts for quite awhile.
- It has been excellent. It was a little surprising to have it talk to me when I put in on to tell me that it had a full charge.
- Fantastic battery life. I charged it up prior to a trip to Alaska, was gone for 10 days, used it on every phone call and never had to charge it back up until I got back home.
- Had to replace it because after 8 years the battery wouldn't hold a charge. This is pretty much the same one I had before but more modern. Great product.
- The battery would only last me about 4hrs of regular use. I sent this piece back and got the Motorola boom. Huge improvement!
- I have had two of these earphones stop charging the battery and completely die. Worked fine for awhile but both died in about 6 months.
- I bought it 08-26-2016. Today it couldn't take charge any more, only last 6 months, worth it ?
