- This stuff is excellent value when you take into consideration the percentage of actual protein per gram and per serving.

- This whey contains little else in terms of sugar or carbohydrates so you know there are no fillers.
- This protein, along with physical activity, will help to stave off muscle loss. Their article made good sense, so I am following their advice: eat lightly and eat protein along with enough fiber.
- This product is 100% whey from isolates so if you're trying to hit a protein goal while keeping your daily caloric intake down, this is for you.
- It has worked wonderfully so far allowing me to put on some mass without gaining the fat of other protein supplements. I just ordered another batch and I am a proud user of ON Whey!!

- Forget about mixing it with water because that just tastes like when you forget to rinse out a cup after drinking chocolate milk.

- Taste is good, not with water but fat free milk
- It mixes extremely well (I use milk mainly) and when mixed with other powders, it continued to mix well (I add extra probiotics and stuff for my joints).
- In milk it's just about as good as a chocolate milkshake. I have to resist the urge to drink more just for the enjoyment. In water it's not quite that good but still very tasty.
- Mixes really well and quickly with anything including a stick.
- Everything in the box was in perfect condition except for the gold standard so that means they put it there all damaged in the first place.
