- It offers the highest ratio of protein to calorie that I've seen in any product (outside the no carb version which is 10 calories less), so helps me stay lean while gaining the muscle I'm looking for.
- This product definitely has the best ratio of carb:protein. I wish the calories were a bit lower but I don't know the science behind if that's even possible...
- Decent protein to calorie ratio. This is my go-to protein when I'm trying to drop a few pounds. Taste is decent as opposed to the Zero Carb version.

- I only use half the recommended serving size (one scoop instead of the recommended two) so I usually get 2-3 months out of a tub.
- The nutrition facts say a serving is two scoops (50g protein), but I use just one scoop (25g of protein) and the canister lasts twice as long.
- This is truly the best option when you factor in the above and the amount of protein per serving. UNBEATABLE!
- What I particularly like is the fact that each serving contains the equivalent of a multi vitamin, PLUS lots of potassium.
- It shows each serving as 3 carbs with 1 fiber; a net of 2 carbs. This is not extreme, but still does not match what is advertised.

- It doesn't mix well & gets sticky instead of dissolving. I once again question if this is the same powder.
- The taste is just as good. Not overly sweet, and great when mixed with Almond milk.
