What customers say about "Key Specs"
Amazon Fire TV Cube 4K Ultra HD Streaming Media Player with Alexa
- Setup is super easy. About 10 - 15 minutes of downloading updates, then up and running!
- Plenty of choices for steaming 4k. I mainly use Netflix, but you have Prime and thousands of more apps with this little guy.
- I didn't have any trouble with 4k HDR or Dolby Vision stuff. I was able to play some Dolby Atmos (DD+ streaming version) content over Prime Video.
- The video in 4k is great. The colors are vibrant, the sound is clear and really sounds great when playing a movie encoded with Dolby Atmos.
- You don’t get an HDMI cable with this Cube. If you’re watching 4k, it would’ve been nice to have a high-quality HDMI cable with this purchase.
Matricom G-Box Q2 Android TV Streaming Media Mini PC
- Awesome product, very quick response on the UI, much better than the A8 Core unit
- Goood overall performance.easy browsser, difficuly initially if you dont know android system.
- The speed of the device is decent, sometimes it has troubles to reproduce 720p mkv files (comes with MX player preinstalled), but since the update 11-15-12, it plays content without issues.
- Slow internet speed through this product compared with my sony blue ray.
- It works not that fast, I does not work with external HD drive and the speed of download is also not very good

What customers say about "Hardware"
Amazon Fire TV Cube 4K Ultra HD Streaming Media Player with Alexa
- It has more storage, faster processor, and more memory than the Firestick 4K.
- The processor is fast and it changes apps quickly without hesitation. I don't use Alexa just the remote. The remote is fine although a little slippery to hang on to.
- The new S922X Hexacore processor is blazing, faster than my FireTV 2nd Gen Box, and as fast as my 4g/64g X96.
- No included HDMI cable. This is minor, but I feel like it could've been included.
- You can’t add storage in the Cube. This is bad news because 16GB might not be enough.
Matricom G-Box Q2 Android TV Streaming Media Mini PC
- Storage expansion - up to 32 GB external SD card, 2 USB ports for external drives
- SD card slot and additional USB ports
- Has built in gigabit ethernet port.
- Built in ethernet port stopped working after 1 hour of use.
- The ethernet port is useless. But the wireless never fails me

What customers say about "Software"
Amazon Fire TV Cube 4K Ultra HD Streaming Media Player with Alexa
- It has the latest most stable version of the software and any new features that they have included in the new build.
- All apps I tested ran great! In fact, I think it even runs better than the Nvidia Shield and it's almost half the cost!
- It's really fast, has a much bigger app store with things like a web browser, it's SO FAST.
- It's very fast when loading apps and installing apps. I used to get some buffering with the fire 4k stick but now with the cube never have that issue and the picture quality is so much better.
- Much to my surprise, I found so many features in the OS curtailed from the last hardware version.
Matricom G-Box Q2 Android TV Streaming Media Mini PC
- Great item for xbmc use via hdmi to TV. This runs the android OS and launches the xbmc. Goos system, updates have been rolling out not to frequent but stable.
- I like the android OS and I use it to monitor my home security system via IP cam viewer, and I like the ability to use widgets for a clock and weather
- I use Google Play Music to play my local mp3 music and .m3u playlists, as well as online music.
- Has built in Google Play(App Market) seems real and works just fine.
- Love Android products... but this one is just garbage. The Android OS is not made to be on a television and you can see this once its turned on. Too many things to have to do to get it to work.
- ITEM RUNS THE ANDROID OS DOES NOT PLAY 1080P MKV FILES LIKE IT SAYS IT WOULD.

What customers say about "Features"
Amazon Fire TV Cube 4K Ultra HD Streaming Media Player with Alexa
- FireTV Cube is great for controlling multiple devices. The ability to act as an IR blaster to control most TVs and soundbars.
- I like the abililty to use all of the newer Echo functions, like Drop-Ins/Calls, and multi room groups for music.
- The remote that it comes with has a nice “clicky” touch and an excellent touchpad. The voice layout works well enough that I use the remote only to explore new apps on the Cube.
- Using the Fire remote works fine for the Hulu app. The OK button works fine for all the Amazon videos.
- Some apps have less voice control functionality than others. Technically some other apps might not support all of the voice commands, and you might have to use the remote.
Matricom G-Box Q2 Android TV Streaming Media Mini PC
- Out of the box I had really bad video with rca cables but HDMI was perfect.
- The remote is not too bad, but I installed an app called DroidMote that enables me to use my android tablet as a touchpad to control this box
- Wifi connectivity was very poor
- The remote is terrible so I recommend a logitech wireless keyboard.
- The remote is low quality and os is awkward to navigate with it, probably why so many use wireless keyboard & mouse.
