Graco TrueCoat 360 Paint Sprayer (16Y385)
- Works well. I painted a large basement wall approximately 50' x8' in roughly 20 minutes. The biggest downfall is the constant refilling the paint cup.
- It came with two nozzle tips so you could change the spray width on the unit. It did spray quickly though and I finished a chair in less than five minutes, and that's with a lot of little detail areas on it.
- Absolutely terrific pro quality tool. It sprays unthinned heavy bodied house paints like a full on airless. Perfect for the touchup I need to do after installs of my metal products.
- Wow this is a great sprayer. Bought it at Lowes because I needed it ASAP.. Remodeling my house and needed to paint all the base and case molding. What a snap!!! So easy I had my wife who has never used a sprayer before paint all the trim.
- Tried to use this twice, both times no paint came out of the nozzle, instead my hands ended up covered in paint.
Wagner Flexio 590 Paint Sprayer
- Can actually put out a decently even stream of paint if thinned and strained appropriately.
- Very economical with paint. A gallon through this sprayer covers a lot more than the same gallon brushed or rolled, but it wont be as thick. This is great, especially for primer.
- If you would typically use spray paint to get the results you want, this product will give you the same finish for MUCH less money.
- It took me a few minutes to get used to it and to get the control/flow settings right for my stain but once I did... WOW! It took several hours worth of work and knocked it out in 40 mins.
- No matter how I adjusted the flow and air pressure, I could not achieve a splatter free spray. Spraying ceiling ability was laughable. You have to keep reservoir completely filled up and even if tilted 45 degrees, it would still stop producing material.
- The splatter was alot. I spent a couple of hours messing with flow and pressure. I tried all adjustments and cleaned all the parts well. Still could not keep the over-spray down.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Graco TrueCoat 360 Paint Sprayer (16Y385)
- The Truecoat 360 is significantly lighter and smaller than my Plus 2, probably due to the new single piston design.
- For starters, the directions included are easy to follow, the Graco 16Y385 is not as heavy as expected (considering the added weight of the paint) and very easy to carry.
- The unit is definitely heavier than a regular ol' paintbrush, but the handle has a great grip, and overall the sprayer seemed evenly weighted.
- Even loaded with paint, it's very portable and easy to maneuver.
- The capacity of the canister is a bit small for larger jobs, but that is not a con in my book, because this is not being marketed as a large capacity sprayer. Plus, this size is so easy to handle and maneuver!
Wagner Flexio 590 Paint Sprayer
- Yes the gun is heavy, but certainly manageable. Weight is mostly due to the large 1.5 quart paint cup. A smaller cup would make it lighter, but you would have to fill it that much more often.
- I like that it is light weight and not very loud.
- Very fatiguing. This thing is not balanced well at all. Most of the weight is in the front where the paint hopper is, and this is hell on your wrist after a bit.
- For larger projects the machine will get heavy after awhile but you may build some muscles. So maybe that's not con.

What customers say about "Features"
Graco TrueCoat 360 Paint Sprayer (16Y385)
- The TrueCoat 360 is fully rebuild-able, which is an important feature of any sprayer you are looking to invest in.
- The unclog feature is extremely helpful but I only needed it once, it did however make a big difference when I needed it.
- The ability to spread a paint job over 2-3 days without having to clean it every night is a very nice feature.
- You will need to buy replacement bags at some point but the cost is minimal and a small price to pay to take advantage of the "throw and go" feature of the paint bag.
- Not enough power to apply plaster or chalk paint. Let a friend have it since it didn't work for me and I couldn't return.
Wagner Flexio 590 Paint Sprayer
- Overspray is not nearly as bad as some reviewers say, especially compared to a pro-grade airless.
- Clean-up with Mineral Spirits is very quick and easy (takes a few times to get quick at this)
- The detail nozzle is practically worthless. Its basically the same thing as the normal one, but smaller. I tried using it but got mixed results
- This sprayer gets HOT. There is a large motor on the rear that spins a fan at high rpms and creates the suction and force needed to actually spray the paint.
- You have to start each spray either into a bucket or onto cardboard to avoid specs on the finish.
