- Very fast. I did a roughly 400+ square foot area (5 gallons of stain) in about 30 minutes.
- Should have had a Wagner a long time ago. Have sprayed paint and polyurethane and both flow and coat great! Good bye paint brush!
- The paint container is very small for something that sprays so fast. If you are moving over a large area, you end up stopping every 2-3 minutes to refill.
- I wish the tank was bigger, but overall a great product.
- Keeps clogging up. Have to stop every few minutes to unclog the nozzle. When it's spraying, it does a nice job.
- Can actually put out a decently even stream of paint if thinned and strained appropriately.
- Very economical with paint. A gallon through this sprayer covers a lot more than the same gallon brushed or rolled, but it wont be as thick. This is great, especially for primer.
- If you would typically use spray paint to get the results you want, this product will give you the same finish for MUCH less money.
- It took me a few minutes to get used to it and to get the control/flow settings right for my stain but once I did... WOW! It took several hours worth of work and knocked it out in 40 mins.
- No matter how I adjusted the flow and air pressure, I could not achieve a splatter free spray. Spraying ceiling ability was laughable. You have to keep reservoir completely filled up and even if tilted 45 degrees, it would still stop producing material.
- The splatter was alot. I spent a couple of hours messing with flow and pressure. I tried all adjustments and cleaned all the parts well. Still could not keep the over-spray down.
- Its not heavy. Easy ta handle and easy to carry.
- Lightweight compact and easy to use.
- Rather heavy when loaded with paint.
- Yes the gun is heavy, but certainly manageable. Weight is mostly due to the large 1.5 quart paint cup. A smaller cup would make it lighter, but you would have to fill it that much more often.
- I like that it is light weight and not very loud.
- Very fatiguing. This thing is not balanced well at all. Most of the weight is in the front where the paint hopper is, and this is hell on your wrist after a bit.
- For larger projects the machine will get heavy after awhile but you may build some muscles. So maybe that's not con.
- Easy to use for this type of work. The end produce looked good for a DIY er.
- Very easy to adjust the settings. I was able to go from doing the railings with a very narrow spray and lower spray pressure to doing a large area with about a 10-12 inch thick spray.
- Easy to clean. The first time took a few extra minutes, but after that usually took 5-10 minutes to do a good cleaning.
- It would be nice if it came with a funnel or something that helps you pour paint from a gallon container into the smaller reservoir.
- I'm not happy with he sprayer. It doesn't stay out a nice stream of paint. It only sprays out a large amount of paint at once. I paint furniture so its important for it to be a light coat of paint. I can't get it to spray a light coat.
- Overspray is not nearly as bad as some reviewers say, especially compared to a pro-grade airless.
- Clean-up with Mineral Spirits is very quick and easy (takes a few times to get quick at this)
- The detail nozzle is practically worthless. Its basically the same thing as the normal one, but smaller. I tried using it but got mixed results
- This sprayer gets HOT. There is a large motor on the rear that spins a fan at high rpms and creates the suction and force needed to actually spray the paint.
- You have to start each spray either into a bucket or onto cardboard to avoid specs on the finish.
