What customers say about "Processor"
HP Spectre x360 (15-bl112dx) Quad Core Bang & Olufsen MS Ink 15.6" Convertible 2-in-1
- This computer is fast accurate beautiful and also all-around workhorse. Good for everyday use or business work!
- Lower end i7 won't blow you away but handles multi tasking fine.
- Its very quick to boot and its quick to switch on too. Very fast.
- Works great for my online business. The speed is amazing! Lots of tabs open and not losing speed.
- It’s a bit pricey, but the graphics, speed, display, and aesthetic are all top notch compared to even more expensive convertible laptops.
Dell XPS 15 (9560) FHD Non Touch Disply, Fingerprint Reader, Plus Best Notebook Stylus Pen
- The performance of this device is extraordinary.
- Fast and powerful. I chose this over the XPS 13 because of the powerful processor. The processor in here is quad core while the XPS 13 is single core. This is a big deal because I do a lot of big data processing in Excel and Access.
- A powerful performance , but you have to install Windows 10 Pro instead of useless Home edition
- If you're into gaming, this is about the best performance you're going to get out of an ultrabook. I'm not super into games, but I did fire up Mortal Kombat Komplete on max settings and it ran smooth as silk.
- All productivity apps, and development apps worked smoothly and quickly.

What customers say about "Memory"
HP Spectre x360 (15-bl112dx) Quad Core Bang & Olufsen MS Ink 15.6" Convertible 2-in-1
- Faster opening applications perhaps due to solid state. Was concerned not enough memory due to my graphic apps. After talking with Geek squad moved several folders to store on One Drive. About time I learned to us better
- So far, so good! Son picked this out to take to school. The SSD was a "must" for us since he will be taking this places.
- Device has good specs for what it is. Plenty fast with the ssd and 16 gb ram.
- Surprisingly, the 512gb SSD can be swapped out for 1TB or 2TB (according to Greek Squad) because it's not soldered in.
- Sadly, the discrete video card is soldered in and cannot be replaced with a more powerful one---the only reason that matters is because this computer because of the video card will not support the Windows Virtual Reality goggles.
Dell XPS 15 (9560) FHD Non Touch Disply, Fingerprint Reader, Plus Best Notebook Stylus Pen
- Lots of RAM. Great for running multiple Virtual Machines and heavy Macro enabled Excel workbooks.
- So far the laptop is running well. And I got a bonus! the drive is 1GB SDD instead of 512MB only. Will update if I find any problem
- Go for the SSD model to keep the speed up, and you won't be disappointed.

What customers say about "Features"
HP Spectre x360 (15-bl112dx) Quad Core Bang & Olufsen MS Ink 15.6" Convertible 2-in-1
- Excellent laptop, very fast and the 4k screen is brilliant
- So far I love it! In the first 2-3 weeks I have not experienced any fan issues or overheating, it is not running hot, the trackpad doesn't include the sensitivity issues
- My version includes the i7-8550U/ MX150 GPU which is fine for my needs. So far I love it
- Beautifully designed with excellent screen resolution. 360 touchscreen screen is great for use as a tablet.
- Overall, the only 2 negatives I have found is that it won't work with Microsoft Virtual Reality headset googles, and the memory cannot be upgraded beyond the 16GB it comes with.
- Initially got a bit warm, changing bios setting fixed it
- These laptops still are very heavy - I guess that’s the compromise with the long battery life
Dell XPS 15 (9560) FHD Non Touch Disply, Fingerprint Reader, Plus Best Notebook Stylus Pen
- Huge screen fits into a small footprint bag. Screen is awesome. Boots up quickly with solid state drive.
- The screen on this thing is gorgeous. It actually has made my 27" 1440p monitor look bad.
- The battery life, keyboard responsiveness and feel, and the visual performance are very good. Better than my desktop even with its comparable video card.
- The drivers and software bundled with this laptop had lots of problems. The Windows 10 for example was so problematic that when I upgraded to the Windows 10 Anniversary edition, it had so many problems.
- Great for Video Editing, watching movies, and binge watching in Netflix, though you may want to get an external speaker or a good quality headphone because the speakers of the XPS 15 suck.

What customers say about "Connectivity"
HP Spectre x360 (15-bl112dx) Quad Core Bang & Olufsen MS Ink 15.6" Convertible 2-in-1
- Nice set of features and ports
- The laptop has a nice set of features like an SD card slot (rather than microSD), a USB Type A port (rather than only USB Type C, of which it has 2), HDMI
- Note this does have 2 USB-C ports, but only 1 of them is thunderbolt.
- It does have also a full SD card slot and one USB-A port.
- Would have liked an additional USB - comes with one but 2 lightning ports.
- I do wish there was a diskdrive and more large size usb ports.
Dell XPS 15 (9560) FHD Non Touch Disply, Fingerprint Reader, Plus Best Notebook Stylus Pen
- This has a USB-C port. This makes it compatible with many of the latest appliances that make use of a USB-C port such as an External Graphics Card Enclosure like the Razer Core.
- Getting the system to work with two monitors was a pain but this went away after I quit trying to use the Dell Thunderbolt adapter and used a third party USB-C adapter.
- We had two of these model laptops. They have hardware/compatibility issues, Specifically with the USB ports. Things connected to the USB ports have major issues including docking stations.
- One USB port does not detect the device well after two month of use.
- The only complaint I can come up with is that there are only three USB ports on the chassis, though this can be expanded with a thunderbolt adapter that also includes another HDMI port (for up to THREE displays. Definitely getting that.) These ports fill up fast.
