- Beautiful screen, seems sharper than the Note 4 in my opinion, even though the specs are the same.
- The display is really nice and is really clear.
- Screen is very crisp, big at first and strong, they have been dropped and still doing great.
- The screen size and quality is perfect. I added a photo I took from my Note 5. This phone feels great in the hand. There really isn't much I can't do with this device.
- Nice size screen and the phone isn't too big to hold for either.
- Edge display is easier on the eyes and phone overall feels more intuitive.
- Colors are amazing, camera is great, thin and true edge-to-edge display, fast.
- The AMOLED edge to edge display is absolutely brilliant and with 16 million colors and 4.1 million pixels, colors pop and the images are phenomenally sharp.
- The edge program is a great option for apps that are frequently accessed but you don't want taking up valuable screen real estate.
- The infinity display has no equal. Excellent viewing experience. I'm discovering new things I like, every day! Awesome device!
- If you're in an application and get a message you don't have to leave the app to respond. It overlays the current app and lets you reply.
- The camera is very fast, and autofocuses quickly. The digital zoom is also great for a smart phone. This camera noticeably performs very well in low light.
- The fast processor also makes it easy and quick to crop edit and add things to the photos. If you are a photo enthusiast and want a larger phone you just met your match!
- This Octacore processor can handle business, media and gaming like a champ. True story- yesterday I had over 400 tabs open in Chrome (no, really) and Chrome did not crash. Nothing crashed.
- The device runs super fluid with nary a hitch to be found. Even though it has the same processor as the months old S6, I can't fault the device for not giving the processor the customary Note spec bump. It is plenty powerful and appears to be quite solid in terms of power efficiency.
- Great processors, very good for multitasking. Plenty on memory for all your storage needs.
- With the new processor, it is able to handle any game that I throw at it
- The processor works smoothly and after a month use I can say the phone Never hanged once.
- It keeps a wide variety of apps open in the background that use a low amount of ram for the users convenience.
- The daylight shots were stunning, I thought the hype over of the Galaxy S6 camera was maybe overblown but once I used the Note 5’s camera I got to see what all the fuss was about and I have to say Samsung has done a fantastic job simplifying the camera UI and making it almost IPhone simply to use.
- One thing that pushed me to this phone was the camera, it is the fastest I have ever used, you can have the phone off, press the home button twice and by the time your hands are in position to take the photo, the app is ready and all you need is click (or say cheese).
- The cameras ate really good and it runs well haven't had any issues with it so far.
- The S6 has a much better camera, so I still use it for taking photos.
- The camera takes great pictures and love the ability to use manual functions to take more professional pics
- The cameras on this phone are both amazing. Makes great photos!
- Great camera features shows clear focus is best I have seen just a handsome phone
- Camera supports pictures with great clarity....just position and click.
- This phone is very good and easy to use. The only downside is the camera, I personally still prefer the photos taken with Iphone camera.
- 2x2 ac wireless which is working really well with my Asus RT-AC68U.
- S-Pen and free writing. I like it and use it all the time. 4) Feels very quick and responsive.
- Finger Print works well and you can have up to 5 different finger set.
- Kids Mode - Like other Samsung Phones it offers a locked down version for kids with apps just for kids (my daughter loves it)
- I got so used to have speakers in the back of the S4 that I still sometimes prop the phone up so that the sound doesn't get muffled. With the Note 5, you can set your phone down on a flat surface, even soft and the sound will be just as strong.
- Comes with a nice variety of accessories, including adapters for charging in case you want to use a micro-USB charger or want to hook up a USB cable accessory for any reason.
- Wide range of settings for customizing your user experience and security. (Even more than the usual for an Android/Samsung device)
- I haven't put the water resistance to the test, but I'm assuming it's as good as the last model. Glad it's there.
- All my old Apps transferred without issue using the Samsung program
- Cool new features (facial recognition, iris scanner, edge menu, etc)
- I would rather have defined Home, and Back keys
- USB cable changed to the Type C - overall a better cable, but had to buy a bunch of new cables. Good for the long term
- The charger for this device charges extremely fast. Took me a little over an hour to get a full charge from 14%.
- This phone is pretty fast, and the battery lasted me at least 8 hours. I would say pick this phone up if you are locking phone with snappy performance and a decent enough battery life.
- The biggest set back for me is the battery life really took a hit with this model. I had the note 3 previously and I can listen to audio books all day and get home at the end of the day and still have 60% battery on a 2 year old phone. This phone I could be at 30%.
- Do not like--nonremovable battery.
- Battery will absolutely not hold a charge. Just being off charger, not being used with power saving option is selected it will drop from 100 to 45 in 6 hours.
- The battery is general is much better than the Samsung s7
- 2 days and still have 20% battery remaining. Big improvement over the S5 that had. Hope this phone last as long.
- I go 2 days before it needs to be put on a charger (I usually plug it in around 60% battery or so) and it's fully recharged in less than 2 hours. The battery life is phenomenal
- Phone is superfast,multi-tasking,great battery life. Charging once in 3 days. Superb battery life.
