After a few tweaks, it is becoming rapidly the best board I ever had.
It ran fine with my i9-7900X and 64GB of Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4 2800 RAM for about a month.
I installed the new board and wow, no issues, quick, simple, fast setup and away I went.
This motherboard looks amazing in person. Great socket type.
Excellent support for new Intel processors.

M2 drive slot, NVMe drive slot, lots of SATA slots, lots of fans.
2nd M.2 slot is vertical and held with a bracket.
I lost USB functionality in back panel.
The side USB 3.0 header need to be relocated, it is very hard to connect a cable once it is installed on the case.

The ASUS connector for the front panel makes things really simple.
This board has the best feature set for my application.
This is one beautiful motherboard. It works flawlessly. The RGB LEDs really make it look pretty in its case.
The Asus started having issues with my m.2 drive.
The USB3.0 ports will not work with USB3.0 external hard drives (drives are not recognized).
