It is reliable, very easy to assemble.
I use one of these every day with a 3770K processor.
I've put 32GB of ram in it and an intel i7 processor and it works great.

Very intuitive bios configuration. Overclocking is a breeze. Works great with DDR3.
This thing has plenty of power from 32gb of ram and can run multiple GPU's in crossfire mode.
Easy to setup and I had no issues. Supports 32GB of RAM.
The board doesn't want to run my 1600 memory at 1600 and instead runs it at 1333.
This product is currently not working with two RAM sticks in dual channel configuration.

Plenty of USB ports. There are 3 USB 2 headers on the MB of which one is used for the chassis front panel.
Easy to install and understand where all the little wires connected.
Connections were made with no problems.

The BIOS is absolutely loaded with features, and the board itself is well made.
