What customers say about "Key Specs"
Logitech G502 HERO High Performance Gaming Mouse
  • The Logitech Hero sensor has been tested numerous times and found to be most powerful.
  • Scroll wheel is one of my personal favorite features of the mouse.
  • Really awesome sensor that is super accurate and sensitive to slightest movements and tracks on any surface.
  • The buttons themselves feel very satisfying to press thanks to the spring loaded mechanism.
  • Scroll wheel broke within the first week and now it freewheels like fidget spinner.
Logitech G903 LIGHTSPEED Lightspeed Gaming Mouse
  • Very accurate (PMW3366 sensor) and very smooth movement (I'm using a "hard" mouse pad).
  • No noticeable lag. It responds like a fast corded mouse.
  • DPI sensitivity adjustments can be quickly made on the fly (200 to 12000 dpi).
  • Wide range of polling rates (125 to 1000 per second).
  • It's clunky. Bad, poorly designed interface. Does not play well with High DPI settings. Slows down the computer drastically.
  • The scroll wheel sometimes scrolls backwards, or in the opposite direction intended. If you try to scroll down, it will sometimes counter-scroll upwards. As you can imagine, this is extremely annoying.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Logitech G502 HERO High Performance Gaming Mouse
  • Comfortable shape and weight for most right handed people.
  • The G502 is just a great mouse, unless you like light mice.
  • It is already on the heavy side and can be made heavier with weights that Logitech includes which is great for me.
  • This thing is one of the heaviest mice I've used for an extended period of time.
  • Most gaming mice target a weight of 100g or lighter, but this one is too overweight.
Logitech G903 LIGHTSPEED Lightspeed Gaming Mouse
  • Nice weight (not too light, not too heavy). I did not feel the need to use the optional 10 gram weight.
  • The mouse fits comfortably in my large hand.
  • Ugly appearance. It looks like Batman designed it. The ribbed gaps of the primary buttons look horrible.
  • The length of the mouse is too long for users with small hands. And the side buttons could be farther forward.

What customers say about "Connection"
Logitech G502 HERO High Performance Gaming Mouse
  • This refreshed model has a really thick and flexible cord that was apparently a major weakness in the original 502.
  • Improved braided cable over previous G502 model.
  • Really miss the cordless days, but this mouse catches every signal & the slightest movements.
  • I have some complain about the braided cable snagging.
  • The cord is much better, but this mouse still has one. No wireless mode.
Logitech G903 LIGHTSPEED Lightspeed Gaming Mouse
  • Logitech includes a small USB passthrough which connects the cable to the wireless receiver to make accessing the charging cable easier.
  • When the battery runs low I can just connect it via the USB cable and it instantly becomes a wired gaming mouse.
  • Can be used as wireless or wired.
  • Battery lasts awhile, easy to switch between wired and wireless, nice weight and fee

What customers say about "Features"
Logitech G502 HERO High Performance Gaming Mouse
  • The ability to adjust DPI on the fly is nice, as is the sniper button on the side right in front of where your thumb would rest.
  • It has a number of different buttons that can be completely adjusted in the Logitech Gaming Software.
  • The RGB lighting is not nearly as intrusive as on some mice and can be completely disabled if you wish.
  • LIGHTSYNC added to this model is cool for custom rigs & lighting.
  • Fully customizable RGB LED, you can set color, cycle speed & mode indicators.
Logitech G903 LIGHTSPEED Lightspeed Gaming Mouse
  • Up to five user configurations can be stored in the mouse memory.
  • The side buttons are mounted high enough that I rarely hit them by mistake (I have all four active).
  • RGB lighting. The mouse lighting can be synced with the PowerPlay mousepad lighting.
  • It has lots of buttons, and those are programmable.
  • All buttons on the mouse click VERY LOUDLY. This is one of the loudest mice I have ever used!!!
  • The rechargeable Li-po battery is not designed to be replaced by the user and Logitech does NOT sell replacements.
