- Exactly the light I was looking for. Not the led version with the slightly off size that doesn't fit quite right.
- When it comes to Flashlights Maglite is the way to go. Name recognition, quality product, fine craftsmanship, and dependable.
- The beam of light it produces is very good for a 2 C cell battery powered flashlight. In fact the beam of light that it puts out isn't that far from the 2 D cell Maglite, and with the LED upgrade there shouldn't be any difference between it and a 2 D LED Maglite.
- These are surprisingly lighter, but not quite as bright. Still, they provide more light than my AA and AAA maglites. I'll have to see how the battery life compares.
- Great light. For those of you not interested in LED lights and prefer an old school incandescent light.
- This flashlight is bright - surprisingly so. I can point it towards the top of a 75-100 foot high tree located more than 100 feet behind my house and illuminate the uppermost limbs quite brightly.
- Try and find a flashlight that throws an effective beam 412m,has great illumination,focus-able,long battery life and all that is maglite.
- This LED Mag-lite is SUPER BRIGHT with a very impressive range. It is very much like a miniature spotlight.
- WOW! What a bright light and the length of the beam is amazing.
- These are intensely bright with the new LED technology
- I love Maglites. I also like the smaller size of the 2-"C" flashlights with incandescent bulbs.
- I would recommend for anyone that wants a full-sized flashlight, buy this one. But remember that it is just that: a full-sized flashlight.
- The size fits comfortably in the hand plus it's a little shorter than the 2 D cell Maglite.
- If you need one of these to carry around for work. You might really like the size and weight.
- I like the size of the 2 Cell C flashlight. works perfect for jobs around the house, while camping, or on patrol at work.
- I chose MAGLITE for a reason. What I like most is they're size, rugged durability, design & great price.
- It is very durable and the metallic gray finish is just plain sexy.
- Seems very durable, I have dropped it a couple times and so far no issue and it is pretty heavy, which I like in my main flashlight.
- This flashlight is, like all maglites, built like a tank. It's got a nice heft to it and feels very solid. It is about 12 inches tall and 1 inch diameter at the base.
- This flashlight is incredible, and a fraction of the cost and weight of that old portable spotlight we had years ago.
- The 2 c-cell MagLight is durable and reliable. Being a pilot I use a flashlight for all night flights.
- This maglite is very durable, I think I can use it as a hammer when I am doing my handyman projects, haha, just kidding.
- You can never go wrong with the quality and durability of a MAGLITE. It is a superior brand, to be sure.
- Excellent flashlight light to carry and very durable. I would highly recommend this for a home user or campers very dependable flashlight.
- This is a great flashlight and a fair price. I've had a lot of flashlights lately fail at the "push button" switch in the butt end of the flashlight and finally just gave up on them and went back to the Gold Standard of Flashlights.
- The construction of the body is all aluminum. I have had no problems with the threads stripping out, or anything else on it.
- There is also rubber seals in pretty much all of the joints, to seal, and keep the water out very well.
- The head is adjustable, so you can adjust the beam, from pinpoint, to wide angle.
- I have other maglite flashlights, that I have dropped in the water, and never had any problems with water getting in them. I would guess that these would be no different.
- The rubber on the switch is pretty well made too. I have had no problems with it leaking, tearing, or coming off.
- It only takes 2 C batteries, and its bright beam reaches as far into the darkness as I can see.
- The beam of light it produces is very good for a 2 C cell battery powered flashlight.
- Old technology but easy on batteries, which is what I need.
- Be sure to buy long-lasting batteries if you purchase this unit, so you won't have to replace them anytime soon. Otherwise, a superior flashlight.
- It looks high quality and the light is super bright. I just wish it came with batteries!
- The ST2P096, ST2D096, and STP036 LED flashlights all outshine traditional incandescent-bulb lights, and use less power (last longer).
- I use these with rechargeable 10,000mah D cells and they perform fantastic
- It uses 2 economical-D cell batteries which last a very long time in this flashlight and the flashlight uses the LED technology that is so robust.
- If you are looking for a strong, durable, long lasting flashlight.....go with maglite, they have been around for many years.
- If you want a 2D cell "standard" sized flashlight, you would be hard pressed to find better. I bought two, and will probably order more as gifts!
