Make Your Dreams Real - Workout With This Super Versatile Sports Gear
When I’ve heard of the results my friends achieved using a simple suspension training kit, I decided to get one for myself. Firstly, it’s really small and portable. If needed, you could easily grab it with you and use away from home. Secondly, it’s super versatile. Can’t think of any other equipment so small but effective. Having even a basic suspension training kit, you can personalize your workouts, focusing on different muscle groups or doing full-body workouts. You can train your upper and lower back, legs, arms, shoulders, and neck. If you're creative enough, your options will be absolutely limitless and you will not need to incorporate any other gear at all to gain fantastic results and sculpt the body of your dream.
Elliptical Workout That Can Be Actually Fun and Pleasure
Elliptical machines don’t lose their popularity and are believed to be one of the most effective equipment when it comes to burning fat by doing cardio exercises. The problem with them is that they are just huge. If you aren’t lucky enough to have a spare room for a home gym, buying one is a no-go for a tiny apartment. That is why I personally like the idea of the under-desk elliptical machine, which easily fits under my desk for the leg training while I'm at my computer. When I don't use it, I can just move it aside under the table to free some space for my legs.
The beauty about this trainer is that it also suits most people, even those who aren’t really into sports but simply want to spice up their sedentary lifestyle with some physical activity since it can be set under an office desk and pedaled while you work.
Does Fat-Burning Furniture Exist?
Yes, it does! Who would imagine that an exercise ball can be transformed into a proper chair on which you can sit and keep training at the same time?
Well, a balance ball chair helps you burn calories since you have to constantly keep balancing on it, engaging deep core muscles and buttocks to do so. But what this piece of the furniture is the best at is improving your posture. Also, it doesn't require a dedicated space in your room at all. You just switch your regular office chair with it - and that's it. You can further workout with this ball by detaching it from the base and using it as a standard fitness ball. The bottom line is if you want to add some physical activity to your desk job, a ball chair is exactly what you need.
The Only Home Resistance Trainer You Will Ever Need
The DoubleFlex Home has caught my attention when it first emerged on the list of new Kickstarter projects. It was obvious this new trainer would revolutionize the market and become a know-how for many sports enthusiasts around the world. Not surprising, when the DoubleFlex hit the market, I got it for myself right away. It doesn't look extraordinary - a modular body and a couple of grips for working out both sides of body, but it can be used in many different ways. Depending on your goals, you can use it as a resistance band, a power twister, or even turn it into a pulley with the included door anchors. The trainer this versatile let me hit with a mild resistance, working out such body parts as biceps, triceps, abs, back, hips and thighs. That's right. Coming with two leg attachments, it can also be used for leg training. As for the size, the whole kit fits in my backpack and can be stored in a drawer.
Not Your Dumb Dumbbells
I quickly refused the idea of buying a set of dumbbells with fixed weights. The problem with most of them is that they are quite bulky and storing them is often awkward unless you've got a dedicated place. Things are completely different with smart adjustable dumbbells that require very little space and can be used for regular training at home. Varying the weight, you'll be able to do biceps-triceps supersets as well as work out other muscle groups, sculpting the body you've dreamed about.
Going for a Spin With a Yoga Wheel
Doing yoga doesn't require a lot of space by itself. Still, if you are already a yoga fan or always wanted to try it, a yoga wheel is an ideal asset to start with. Providing support to your body, the wheel can be used for performing a great range of basic and advanced poses, and when it's not in use, it can be stored away under your bed or in a closet.
For me, the wheel comes useful to help relax stiff muscles after intense workouts. I use it to stretch out my back, arms, and legs. You could also employ it for doing crunches-like exercises, working out your abs. A simple but ingenious thing it is!
All Aboard the Weight-Loss Training
When I get asked about my abs and how I've got them, the straight answer is I've got it from my daddy the high-intensity interval training or HIIT for short. It is probably the most effective thing you can do to lose weight and tone arms, legs, abs, and more.
Of course, you can workout without any equipment by doing variations of crunches, burpees, jumps, etc. However, I find it a lot easier to perform HIIT with a slide board where you do almost all the same exercises - only more and better. When not used, I just roll it up and hide under my bed - just like everything else. Still, the finest thing about this board for me is that now I can do body saw planks without spoiling the flooring in my room. Thus, if you need to quickly get into shape for summer but don't have time to hit the gym, give it a try.
Row Like a Pro
If you have hit a plateau with a casual cardio, a rowing machine is totally great for moving on to the new level and further improve your endurance, arms, legs, core strength. Yet, I've noticed that people really underestimate its efficiency. The low-impact cardio training with it is really easy to perform and almost impossible to do wrong. Therefore, you don't have to be an athlete or have any special knowledge or skills to use it.
Furthermore, this is a really space-saving piece of equipment compared to many other trainers with similar capabilities. My model is pretty compact and has a foldable design so I can store it - ta-da - under my bed. Highly recommended.
Keep Burning Calories While Working
If you hate sitting all day long at the computer like me, then you might like this one. Coming with a pretty spacious flat table instead of a standard control panel a treadmill allows you to place your laptop or computer screen on it so you can keep working while walking at the same time.
I've decided to mention it because this treadmill has such a narrow profile, that it makes it a perfect fit for small rooms and offices, where it won't take up a lot of space. As a result, it's a blast product for spicing up your daily working routine with a fat-burning light cardio training.
