- The size of the caculator feels just right. The keys are bigger than Nspire and classic HP.
- Nice size and weight and great screen size.
- It is a good looking, light-weight calculator that seems fairly well-made and well-designed.
- Fashionable, robust, compact package.
- Excellent for any scientific or financial solution in a compact design and a rechargeable battery.
- This is absolutely what i needed and for the price it is affordable. the right size and easy to use.
- I bought it for my middle school child, probably a bit more than what she needs now but plan is for her to get comfortable with keys and functionality ahead of college entry exams.
- I understand cutting back on weight a little as the original ti-nspire is a brick to hold, but it fits well in your hand and it feels like it will last me a lifetime.
- Smaller, lighter, compact, but not unmanageable for my nimble fingers
- Works fine. Used at PSAT. Just wish it was a little more compact in size.
- Back lit color screen - Not a 'must have' but it does aid in viewing the screen over a grayscale display.
- Pinch to zoom touch screen. You get used to this since smartphones have set the paradigm.
- Backlit, color touchscreen. Whereas the TI GUIs tend to be cumbersome because graphical menus had be navigated with arrow keys for menus that extend beyond the screen, the HP Prime's interface enables quick access to commands via the touch of the screen.
- Large and bright color LCD.
- Glossy screen picks up glares and finger prints easily.
- Easy to use calculator with many great features. The display is very clear and easy to view.
- The best graphing calculator ever. You should buy it. Nice color display, nice feature and I'm not kidding.
- Bought for my daughter in high school, she was quite impressed with how easy it was to use, and with the color display.
- The display is readable. The keys are crisp and the system is intuitive. I give it the geezer seal of approval!
- Love the color display and save your work capability.
- Powerful programming language. It's not RPL but its good in its own right.
- It is fast. Super fast. Solving an equation that took my 50G about 1min to solve using MSLV didn't even produce a perceivable delay on the Prime.
- The CAS is great. Its handling of complex numbers and general equations always comes out to a useful form.
- Re-size columns in the spreadsheet application by pinching them.
- Supports pretty print (a.k.a. textbook) input. You type in your input as they appear in textbook format (rather than the typical algebraic entry).
- The equation solver app is limited to ten equations.
- HP equation library is not available for the Prime.
- Unit management and conversion is clumsy particularly in RPN.
- Works great but takes a while to get used to and familiar with all the applications. Half of it I don't use yet. Love the memory feature and it's capacity.
- I had this products for a few months now and the I have charged the battery once and it lasted me a while month, while I was using 8t every day. Great product.
- User friendly, great design, functionality and battery life.
- This is what's required by the school ..seems to be easy to use and battery last a long time
- Works great. No issues with software. Battery last a long time.
- This is my second. Battery went out after a year on the first. Only bought a second one because this is the model my daughter has to have for school.
