- SUperb, Best for all intel MB easy fitting instalation Fan shuold be two nistead of one and must on both the side, Ideal for i5 and i7 as well as Gaming.
- Kept pc temperature on full load around 60c in summer quite happy with this And also easy installation as compared to other coolers.
- It is working perfectly but the bottom of the copper sink plate is very small.Other wise amazing.
- Works as Expected. My max temperature stays at 40-45c. Probably one of the best cooler at this price point.
- This cooler is very good at keeping the CPU temperatures at lower, and its quiet too. I am satisfied with the product.
- It works really well. At 10 - 20% cpu it sits at room temp 17 - 19C. Under stress test (prime95) of the CPU it does not get over 30C. Old stock cooler was having trouble keeping it under 70C. Its quieter than the stock cooler.
- Excellent construction, the base plate was super smooth and has a mirror finish.
- Great cooling - I stress tested it to a max of 54 C... compared to the stock fan that let it run up to a whopping 79C (mobo will shut it down at 83C).
- Cooling performance is top-notch... it dominates liquid coolers easily.
- I know this is a discontinued cooler, but it is hands down terrific, I do highly recommend getting some PWM fans too (ideally Noctua NF-A14 industrial fans, expensive, but they are some of the best on the market) to cut down noise and increase airflow.
- Compact size but isn't recommenced for very small cases.
- Build is of low quality, but who cares if it serves the purpose for which it has been built.
- The only reason for the 4 star is because of the size! It's not much wider than many coolers so I cant see there being too much of an issue fitting onto any specific motherboard.
- The size of half a bag of sugar , its BIG !. So check the specs and the space you have available - micro atx case need not apply.
- The disadvantage is its size. It filled the entire room inside of my minitower. Very tiny disadantage is its bearing.
- Overall, if you can get over the size and the brown color scheme, this is probably the best air cooler on the market.
- It's really big. This is really only a con if you have a small case though.
- May have clearance issues with high profile RAM.
- It is big. The 120mm fan would touch my ram sticks so I ended up taking it off and using it as a top case exhaust fan (push configuration).
- It's huge, had to remove the heatsinks on my memory. Make sure you have lots of space in your case for this beast.
- Silent and good as advertised, temperatures in the high 30's. Very Satisfied.
- Many features like twin towers and complete copper plate for CPU contact make it work well. Doesn't look the best, though you might prefer a design in which you cant see the fan.
- This was replacement for my 5 years old ARCTIC Freezer 13 that had broken fun speed monitor. It is really quite. I like it.
- With default bios setting, motherboard gives an error message "CPU fan error please press F1 to setup" during booting time because fan only starts running after processor gets some heat.
- If you have already purchased this fan, consider replacing the fan that spins at low RPM instead of 0 RPM in initial stage to protect your CPU and to enable error message if CPU fan fails to run.
- To my ears, it's silent (my graphics card or my back case fan are probably louder than this).
- Perfect fitting with thermal paste evenly spread. The product has screw springs that serve to SECURELY fix the plating to the CPU and in this process helps squash and spread the thermal paste evenly across the surface.
- Quiet. It is so much quieter compared to liquid coolers.
- Perfect instructions, easy to read and understand (so many times I have had to stop and think about other instructions and wonder, what are they trying to say).
- Can be hard to mount depending on the case and the size of your hands.
