- The speakers feel like they are well constructed and have a very good weight.
- System works well/ These appear to be good quality! The subwoofer has good base sound and the center channel works well for speech. They have good weight to them.
- The weight and size of the sub would make you think the sound should be deep
- The system is solidly built and delivers great sound.
- Built quality is excellent. And the shiny piano black finish is really really good.
- In spite of their size, the heavy satellite speakers produce not only very clean high frequency response, but also clear midrange, which speakers this size usually cannot do.
- It fills my medium sized room with good quality music.
- The speakers give out a good sound and the bass....its great for it's size.
- Great sound system its heavy (weight) and does sound very crisp does not distort at max volume quality speakers satellite speakers have good heavy magnets in them good bass tested with heavy rock at max and still sounds great.
- The remote is small but sturdy, it has a nice weight to it so it doesn't seem like a toy.

- The sound quality is much better than I had expected them to be. I have a slight hearing disability so dialog from the center channel is difficult sometime for me to hear, especially on cable TV. The Energy’s center speaker is crystal clear on all sources
- They sound great, articulate, accurate, warm, balanced, clear (even on high volumes), transparent.
- The speakers work beautiful and produce a sound that's incredibly clear and detailed.
- Most annoying is the subwoofer. The sound is extremely low or virtually unnoticeable.
- The center speaker is very boomy. It can sound a bit muffled occasionally. Not the best choice for the speaker typically designated for voice reproduction.
- They seem sensitive to the audio input, as they will stay on until I touch the audio select button.
- Fabulous low frequency bass levels that will penetrate through the walls if you want.
- This really helps with the upper frequencies most.
- The response sounds flat across the entire frequency range. Highly recommended.
- And the lack of mid-range frequencies is really a shame.

- The sub has it's own volume control so you can keep the receiver volume down and crank up the sub to whatever you like.
- The 200 watt powered sub is a ambience providing, boom machine. At some level, the bass is too much, but it's controllable which is perfect.
- Fingerprint magnets. The high gloss finish will need to be cleaned after you handle them or anytime you touch them.
- The subwoofer input was Red/White on the subwoofer and only 1 input on the receiver, so I needed a splitter (which cost $3) to make it work. No big deal but it was slightly annoying
- This is a very nice all-in-one 5.1 surround sound setup. No extra electronics required. Plug in everything to the amp on the sub and off you go!
- This is a must have speaker system for gamer. You can hear all the details in games when is 5.1 mode. Sound quality is very very good overall!!
- Subwoofer is small but has VERY rich powerful bass, does not get distort when pushed to its limits and will shake your house with quality sound if needed.
- The bass is powerful without being overpowering although you can adjust it to be overpowering if you prefer that.
- Being able to switch between inputs is also another very nice upgrade. The remote is also a huge help.
- Input cables going into the back of the sub is NOT a good design idea. Subs put out low frequencies, which means most people know you can hide them anywhere out of the way and you can still hear them.
