- These are phenomenal speakers for the size (they are quite a bit smaller than I expected, even after reading the dimensions) and price.
- For the price and size, these little guys have impressive sound quality, and can get very loud.
- Easy set up, convenient size, and good sound quality.
- This speaker system is great for the price and size.
- I saw a few complaints about the size but I think they are misplaced - these speakers were actually smaller than I expected.
- The amount of bass isn't bad, considering the size of these speakers, though in the past I've had a separate woofer and that has been much better.
- These speakers produce a terrific sound - really impressing for their size.
- Been using these for a few months now, well made with a weighty feel for the size.
- They have a reasonable amount of weight to them too, which means they tend not to skate about on your desk when you're plugging in headphones/adjusting the volume etc.
- Decent weight to the speakers. If you like deep bass then these appear to do a good job without vibrating.

- But these are all acceptable given the very nice high-frequency presence and remarkable bass that these speakers have. I am thoroughly satisfied thus far.
- Their frequency response is well balanced considering their size and application.
- These are a great, no, make that a terrific value, they sound quite good - they impressed me and I am pretty serious about my audio.
- However, my right speaker exhibits a buzz at higher frequencies when at all but low volumes.
- It sporadically interferes with audio when playing a video or sound clip.
- Higher frequency tones in classical music are very pure and don't make any high-pitched noise as some speakers do.
- All clear and dynamic, even in the lower frequencies.
- The sound is warm and detailed, and the frequency response even and balanced, with a remarkably solid, effortless bass response.
- The sound is decent and detailed in mid, and upper frequencies, but there's not enough for really crisp highs.
- But anything on a higher frequency can be a bit unbearable.

- Superb and powerful sound , solid bass, non-computer speaker look, quick and easy on-speaker volume control.
- Plenty of power, great separation (for what they are), and pleasing appearance.
- The speakers provide a full range of sound, including a powerful bass.
- The cable connecting to the audio source is pretty cheap (don't fiddle around with it too much)
- And what it is not is a full, powerful set of speakers that can rival what comes out of a stereo system.
- The weakest is the bass - this system just doesn't have the power to pump out gut-jiggling undertones.
- The only minor gripe I have with them is that you have to hold the power button down too long to turn them off.
- Multiple inputs and headphones out sockets let you hook up anything you like and they are very powerful.
- In short, well designed, well made with quality components, versatile and power on tap.
- The speakers will automatically power down when not in use, and as has been noted there is a second or so lag between audio playing and them coming back to life.
- However, when they power down (automatically or manually) the light goes off which is good.
- These came with a power cable similar to that used on laptops.
